Great Decision

  • 5 of 5

My wife and I looked everywhere before finally deciding on this rental. We couldn’t have been more pleased. It’s cozy, secluded and romantic. We plan on bringing our kids when the weather is warmer. There is plenty of room and the pond / grounds provide plenty of entertainment for kids.

I have to give a plug to the owners as well. We had a snag or two when we first arrived, but Tim was available immediately and sorted out our issues within a matter of minutes. Great people, great property. I’d recommend this cabin to anyone looking to get away.

Our Best Decision!

  • 5 of 5

Pictures do not do this beautiful cabin justice. This place is a gem that we are so thrilled to have found. After booking it for a a vacation for my boyfriends and my mom's we looked at all of the pictures leading up to the day. Pulling up to a gated fence what seems to be miles from anyone, we parked and were in awe. It is such a breath taking site to see. My own mother cried at the beauty. Everything inside was better than we thought-kitchen full of everything I could ask for for cooking, a gigantic fireplace, and a view I never want to forget. I couldn't have asked for a more peaceful getaway. Just sitting outside listening to nature was alone worth the trip. We will be going back again.

Lastly, Tim and Angie were so helpful leading up to the trip with information. Tim even called to check on us during the stay. Very kind and helpful people that we are lucky to have rented the cabin from.

Best Yet!!

  • 5 of 5

This was our 11th visit over the years to Broken Arrow, and my 16 year old son proclaimed this visit the best yet!! Lots of snow on the ground, a frozen lake and peaceful tranquility. Tim was so kind to check in on us to make sure we got there OK, as the roads were pretty slippery. Very nice touch, thank you.

Once there, we first slipped into the hot tub, which is absolutely wonderful, then built a warm fire and played Uno all night. We love to park the car, and never leave the cabin the whole weekend, spending time cooking, reading, talking and just getting away from the world.

The cabin is so nice and warm in the winter, as is the hot tub, you just can't help but relax your bones. And, it never fails, on departure day, we all look at each other and say "I just wish we had booked another night":-) We've been doing the "cabin in the woods" thing for 20 years, you just won't find a better place than Broken Arrow, nor better, more honest owners. We'll be back again later this year.

Very Peaceful & Secluded

  • 5 of 5

We stayed for my birthday weekend and the owner Tim was very responsive and helpful. The cabin is very nice and cozy. I would like to stay in the summer months to maximize the beauty and "wilderness" Tim was very helpful and even called to check on us. The front room get a little cold, but the rest of the house was very warm and just right, we called Tim and he helped us adjust the heat In the front bedroom. Please don't drive at night, its very dark and secluded. My only suggestion would be to get WIFI, no cell phone reception but there is a landline phone if needed. Thanks for the great time Tim and Angie! very nice, clean cabin.
