amazing quietness

  • 5 of 5

The place was wonderful. Very quiet and serene. We saw deer everyday, and caught some fish from the pond. It poured rain every day we were there, but we still enjoyed outside on the deck-not to mention the beautiful rainbow over the woods! All the pictures shown are accurate-the place was very clean and the kitchen well stocked. Water was great and water pressure amazing! It was a great way to spend our anniversary. Thanks to Tim and Angie for opening their home, and for communicating so well with us. The details in communication were great! Hope to return someday.

The perfect hideaway from the world!

  • 5 of 5

This was the best three days away we've had in years! Spotlessly clean inside and out. Very remote and private with such beautiful scenery! The owner was conscientious and kind enough to call us on our first night in to be sure everything was to our liking and in working order. The hot tub was relaxing and all of the wood for a great fire was supplied. The row boat was fun and we enjoyed watching the fish and other wildlife enjoying the water with us.

This truly is the perfect place to completely unwind and unplug from the "real" every day world. Aside from the sounds of nature surrounding you, no trains, traffic or ringing cell phones will ruin your peaceful evenings! We most definitely plan to make this our yearly spot and we highly recommend it to others!

Breathtaking, secluded cabin with amazing views and wildlife

  • 5 of 5

This was our second time at this breathtaking cabin. It is truly a home away from home! We had two baby deer come up to the hammock. They were feet from us! I would highly recommend this getaway to anyone. We will definitely go back next year!
