This property is a piece of heaven!

  • 5 of 5

This is our second visit and we were still in awe of the beauty surrounding Broken Arrow Cabin. It is so serene and peaceful that words are inadequate!

The cabin itself is very nice and probably the best stocked kitchen we've had in any rental.

The furnishings are lovely and comfortable!

The lake is icing on the cake! Even if you aren't fisherpeople like us, just sitting on the porch looking at it is an incredible experience.

Thank you Angie and Tim for so graciously sharing your piece of heaven with us!❤

Your own little paradise in a beautiful cabin with a pond for fishing and canoeing and amazing views

  • 4 of 5

The cabin is beautiful and so secluded and private. We chose it because of the large pond all to ourselves for fishing and canoeing.

I had so much fun in the canoe and thanks to Angie's tip caught 14 fish - even a 14 inch bass! Some huge carp in there that I probably couldn't have landed if I'd caught one. I don't think I would swim in the pond though because of the mucky bottom.

We didn't use the hot tub (heart cond.) or the gas grill but cooked out hotdogs and marshmallows over the fire.

The kitchen has everything you need. We just brought our electric skillet because it's so easy to cook in. You might want to bring some plastic wrap, baggies, etc.

The view of the pond and grounds is so beautiful whether you are inside looking out the huge wall of windows or sitting out on the balcony that has several small tables and chairs for morning coffee or breakfast.

The bed is so comfortable - it was like laying on a cloud.

The biggest challenge is the stairs. A lot of up and down as the TV room and door to the pond is in the basement and I was always forgetting something that needed to go up or down so I made lots of trips. LOL. Stairs are a little hard for me but my legs were stronger by the time we left!

It was hard to get used to removing my shoes every time I came into the house so wear shoes that are easy to get in and out of and bring slippers for in the house. It's a needed rule though because the floors are beautiful and could easily be ruined with a lot of tracking in and out.

It was the perfect relaxing get away for us.

Beautiful and peaceful.

  • 5 of 5

We had a wonderful weekend at the cabin. It was so quiet and peaceful. As a group of 7 moms we enjoyed some quality friend time together. It rained most of the weekend however we enjoyed the large porch and hot tub. The cabin is well stocked with everything you need, plenty of towels, grrat sharp knives and a huge grill. Thank you so much to Tim and Angie for sharing this special place with us all.

This is truly a lovely space if you want to get away to relax. Loved sitting on the back deck staring at the pond. Fishing, boating and just hanging out. Kitchen well equipped and plenty of beds for all. Just lovely!

Beautiful, peaceful, secluded - exceeded expectations

  • 5 of 5

Broken Arrow is a perfect place for couples or families to get away together and spend quality time enjoying beautiful views, nature, great accommodations, and of course, each other. The home is extremely clean and non cluttered, and is stocked with everything you need to feel at home. Despite the lack of WiFi, the Duncan Falls Library was just 10 minutes away which allowed us to keep up to date every day or two. The mattresses were new and comfortable, and the kitchen was very well stocked.
