We provide everything you need so you can pack a little less!

Fully function kitchen with a two burner cooktop, air fryer oven that you can bake in and a double sink to handle any dishes.

Full size bed located upstairs that sleeps two, downstairs we have a comfy sofa or for those who don’t mind we provide a self inflating air mattress.

We offer airport pickup-drop off for a flat fee of $50.

Don’t stay here if you are up several times a night to use the restroom! The stairs to the sleeping area were very steep but the house was very cute, clean and comfortable. I could see the person who built it took quality seriously, and the owners provided everything someone would need! The only issues I had were making sure the front door was locked and I did not see the WiFi listed, so I just used my cell Svc.

Great place in a very quiet neighborhood. Close to uptown and Matthews and all Charlotte has to offer. Just enough room for us and our dog. Thoughtfully equipped and furnished. Perfect for our weekend getaway. Easy access, close parking, well lit. Backyard for dog.

Perfect cozy little hideaway

We were only in Charlotte for one night, but found this little house to be exactly what we needed. The kitchen looked well stocked for a longer stay, and the washer/dryer were a nice bonus. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe and the host was very responsive. Our dog liked the little fenced in yard and we enjoyed unwinding in front of the fireplace. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Tiny Home

The place was perfect!! It was really quaint and had all the necessary amenities without being over crowded. The reserved parking space was very excellent! It is a rare find for the price too! I would stay again here any time! The hosts were very polite, respectful, and responsive. Super host of a very lovely, well decorated space.

Unique Little Spot

Wonderful stay...just too short. My wife and I love unique places and this is definitely one. Just be extra careful going up steps to the bed (the steps are smaller than normal). Other than that, no issues and will definitely stay again

Cute cozy place, the stairs to the loft were treacherous and the mattress wasn't comfortable. The center support leg under the bed wasn't attached. We liked that there were dishes and cleaning supplies.

Nice vacation or staycation spot

Very cute and cozy loft for a nice vacation or staycation away from home. There were a few spider webs but overall clean and comfortable. I had difficulty with the wifi and didn't even attempt the Netflix or Disney or other apps on the TV but the Host(s) were very responsive Fireplace was cute addition that ordinarily wouldn't be used in the summer but i had to try it lol.

Quaint stay! Good location

Perfect place close enough to the City but nice safe neighborhood away from the city noises. This space was perfect for what I needed for just a couple nights. Easy check in and out. Host is very friendly. Stayed with my pooch. Affordable and quaint. Be very careful on the stairs to the loft they are narrow and steep. And becareful pulling in and out of the driveway. There is a decent culvert at the end and I bottomed out on my tow hitch. Otherwise loved this spot!

Perfect

Cute little bungalow in a peaceful neighborhood. My pup and l travel together. We choose this location as a half way point of a 20 hr drive to refresh, rest and recoup. After checking in and setting up for the night we headed out to McAlpine Creek Park which was absolutely perfect also. A very large shared park by all. Walking and bike paths. An area for kids pjay with climbers and such. A great scenic pond to relax. Shade. We loved stretching out there after our day of driving.

We really enjoyed this Perfect stay! Layout so nice,roomy for tiny house.Such cute,cozy place and bed upstairs in loft.Side enterance perfect in and out.Dog stayed. Gated Yard, was nice let dog in out.Beautiful layout. Close by inlaws and to McAlpine Park with Huge Dog Park.Lots walking trails.Excellent communication with host,appreciate their place,thoughtfulness waters in fridge.Full kitchen to those who cook with pots,pans playes untensils microwave. Many Thanks to hosts,hoping be back soon again to stay!

Cozy spot, cleanliness was questionable

We loved the cozy location of this tiny home and the easy access to downtown Charlotte. Our issue was the home had failed to be cleaned beforehand, so we checked in to dog hair covering the floor, trash on the counters, unchanged sheets, and even a cockroach in the corner. Communication was great and they greatly helped by providing new sheets, but failed to provide the refund they stated after realizing the issue. Would be a super cute place if cleaned!

Inexpensive Place to Stay in Charlotte Area

We were looking for an inexpensive VRBO that was near our event for a week. This tiny home fit the bill.The quarters are tight. As others have mentioned, the stairs going to the loft are steep and the treads are shallow. The bed fell apart on us one night, but we fixed it and moved on. The stove top was good, loved the small oven. TV was good, internet was good. Kitchen was very functional. Shower was OK. Washer was good, dryer takes a pretty good while with a small load. Lights are really bright. Another blanket would have been appreciated.All in all, we made do and were happy at the end of our stay.

My stay here was overall a very positive experience. The host was very friendly and helpful in confirming any questions I had about the property. The property itself is also very accurate to the sizes shown in the photos. Everything was also very clean, neat, and organized. The biggest problem my partner and I dealt with during our stay, which is the reason for my 3 star rating, lies in the ac, which consisted of a very weak upstairs unit as well as two fans located on the main downstairs level. It was a very cool climate upon arrival which gave a very positive first impression, but as we were going to bed, the house became so unbearably hot, and continued to be that way for the rest of our visit. This lead to a very uncomfortable experience, and we eventually opened up windows which helped slightly but still barely solved the problem. By all means this is still a wonderful property especially for the price, and I could 100% see myself coming back if the ac could be fixed or improved upon.

One night stay

VRBO‘s are tricky as you never know exactly what you’re going to get. Our host was nice and communicative.The pictures on the VRBO site need to be updated, as what is depicted is not what is actual. Check-in is at 2 PM at this property and we did get there right at 2 PM. We waited about 25 to 30 minutes in our car because the accommodations were not ready. Walking into the property be careful the stairs at the entrance are not level with the actual tiny home, speaking of stairs, the ones going to the bedroom are very thin and tiny, a little awkward to walk up and down. Because of the quick turnover in the cleaning job, there were crumbs and dust on the fridge top, rugs were a little dirty. The size of the tiny home or this VRBO is perfect for one to two people. It is located close to downtown Charlotte and the spectrum center via Uber. At the end of the stay, the owner did offer to refund us part of our stay, due to the inconvenience of having to wait for the tiny home to be cleaned.

Its a very cute tiny home. I did have a couple of issues though. While opening the windows because of the strong cleaner smell (which was fine), I found the bathroom window's tread was full of stagnant moldy water. Looking through the kitchen drawers, I found mice droppings in the drawer under the stove & more droppings appeared throughout the building each night. Some of the utensils were dirty at my time of arrival & the shower floor was covered in hair & pink mildew. When I brought these issues up to the owner, they said the pink was stain from someone dying their hair but when I sprayed the floor down & scrubbed it, it came up with no issue. The mice droppings was completely dismissed, even though I offered to send pictures. The window was explained away with it having rained the last 2 weeks. I was only offered a 70 refund when I brought this up to them. I'm grateful to have been able to stay here when I needed, but I won't be coming back because of the lack of accountability. The last picture is from after I scrubbed the shower floor myself.

I loved my stay, the place was perfect for my needs, I hope it is available if I do the same again in the future. It was clean, had everything that was needed, and it is in a very nice location! (not to mention my dog was allowed which made it extra special for me)
