The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Set A/C to 80 in the summer months and 65 in the winter months.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Checkout: Trash must be carried to bin and bin placed at curb. All dishes returned to cupboards. Winter-Heat to 70 and Summer AC set to 80.
Checkout: All appliances off,/lights off. Door locked. Checkout time firm. Unapproved late checkout will result in additional cleaning fee.
Quiet hours 11:00 pm to 5:00 am.

The host was very responsive and the property had nice amenities. It would be an absolute 5 with a little more attention to the cleaning details, particularly of the couch and decorative pillows throughout the property that are stained. Smoking is not permitted in the house, however there is an "old" scent of cigarette smoke in the home that can be a trigger for those with allergies. Otherwise, this quaint property would definitely warrant a return visit.

This is a very family oriented, older neighborhood! Modest homes that are quaint and quiet, out of the main traffic of town, but oh so close to everything you need!

What makes this property unique

My home has been remodeled and updated to give the most for the available space and property. Its location is perfect for attractions in the Orlando/Daytona areas including Disney, Universal, Sea World, famous Daytona and New Smyrna beaches , the Kennedy Space Center, numerous state parks and forests, while nestled in a suburban setting that has still offering its own dining and entertaining options.
