Nice off the grid ( not to off) cabin. Very clean and organized. Was able to unplug comfortably for a few days. Yard was entertaining, (especially the zip line). Would stay again.

The cabin was really lovely. Very nicely built. The top area with multiple beds is very cozy, and the bedroom is cozy too. We did notice that 2 of the beds smelled: 1 musty (top floor) and 1 like someone had just slept in it (some kind of perfume - in the bedroom) - so that's worth noting.Lots of extras in the kitchen which is really cool. Loved having a hair dryer as well, and a guitar to play. Plus axes to throw and more outside.Would love for there to be protective straps for the trees where they set up hammocks, a Zipline, and more - the lines are digging into the tree bark and hurting the numerous trees.I would come back, especially with a larger group.

Thank you for the kind review and for the helpful feedback! We’re so glad you enjoyed the cabin and all the little extras. We appreciate you letting us know about the two beds, and we’ll definitely address that with our cleaning team. Thank you also for pointing out the tree protection issue. We’ll be making changes there as well. We’d love to have you back anytime!

Amazing cabin for our family’s stay

We all hated having to check out of this beautiful cabin in the woods! We had a comfortable, relaxing, fun filled weekend. We played horse shoes, board games, went swimming nearby, and had a day trip to Crater Lake. This home had everything we needed and more. We can’t wait to come back!

Cozy cabin on the border of national forest

This cabin has everything you need for a perfect family vacation! The yard has variety of fun activities including disk golf, zip line, hammocks, ax thowing, and many more! They also provided fishing rod and tackles for us to fish at the near by river. It is a decent size cabin with sufficient space for 8 of us to comfortably stay. We love to cook and the kichen literally had everything we need! We all had a great time there!

This property is very isolated with the nearest store in Chiloquin about a 25 minute drive. Crater Lake visitor center a good hour’s drive through pretty country. We wanted the privacy and enjoyed it very much. The kitchen was stocked with all one could wish for in a home, not a rental. Flour, sugar, oil, coffee, tea, spices, etc. Water pressure great, bed comfy. There’s a porch for sittin’ and rockin’. Communication with Clarissa was quick and helpful. We would definitely return if we could!

Our stay was absolutely amazing. Before it even started and before i could even get the gate open, the kids poured out of the car and sprinted to the zipline! The second we parked all the moms hurried to the hammocks before the kids found them. The ax throwing was a hit as well as all the things upstairs for the kids to dig into. So many activities! We had 4 adults and kids and it fit us perfectly. Kitchen was perfect as was having the grill. We've found that our kids eat more if there is grilled food involved. The cabin was so cozy and the absolute perfect place to actually relax and be unplugged for a weekend. My wife and i enjoyed a romantic full moon lit walk on the property. We seriously could not have asked for more. You have an absolute gem of a property and we thank you so much for sharing it with us. We hope to return soon to the cabin and Crater Lake!

Great cabin in the woods

This place was awesome! Just as described in the description. The home has tons of games to play indoors, and many activities to do outside as well. You will never know you are off the grid with all the activities they have for you to do. This is a great place to take the family and unplug for a while. They kitchen has all the dishes you will ever need to make great meals and enjoy some time away with your family. The cellphone service was spotty on the way to the property, but we did have service with Verizon once we arrived at the cabin (exactly how the host stated our service would be). One piece of advice for anyone looking to stay here, they do have a TV, and you can plug your cell phone into the TV to stream using your cell phone service. The cord to plug in the TV is an old apple lightening cord. We have newer apple phones and there was no way to plug in our phones with a USB C cord, so if you have a newer iPhone you might want to look into bringing an adapter. To be honest there was so much to do at this cabin we never missed TV. Truly our only complaint is we didn’t stay here long enough, and we only have ourselves to blame for that.

Tim! Thanks so much for your glowing review! We are so glad that you had the time of your life and hope that you will consider staying at The Blue Pine Cabin again! We've already ordered a new adapter for the TV. Thank you for pointing that out to us. We have old phones so even though we've tried to cover all our bases, that one slipped through the cracks.

We absolutely loved the cabin and our kids had so much fun! They stocked everything so well and there were so many games and outdoor activities that no one was ever bored. The zip line is a particular favorite! We stayed during very hot days (high of 94) and even though there is no AC the cabin stayed fairly cool just by opening windows at night and then closing things up in the morning! Be aware that the cabin is about 25 minutes to any store though so come prepared with groceries or stop on your way through to save time!

We had an amazing stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The hosts were incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The property was absolutely immaculate—everything was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Our kids had an absolute blast! They spent hours playing Frisbee golf, swinging on the swings, relaxing in the hammocks, and just enjoying all the outdoor space. It was the perfect place for our family to unwind and make great memories. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the area while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. We truly appreciated all the little details that made our stay so enjoyable. We can’t recommend this place highly enough.
