GREAT LOCATION! Perfect for anyone wanting to be close to everything. Right on Main Ave. Walk to downtown, public pool, and St. Joe River. Three levels: Level 1 is the entry with a full size and twin bunk bed, Level 2 (2 steps) is the living room, Level 3 (4 steps) is the kitchen/dining room, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Completely remodeled with WiFi and 75 inch screen tv. Extra 2 queen airbeds for extra guests upon request. This unit is 1 of 4 connected units with free community washer and dryer.

Our stay was overall great! The code to check in was a bit confusing, but we eventually fugured it. There was some construction or remodeling going on in one of the connectiong units that was a bit loud at times, idefinhere again.

Great stay

We visit our daughter, son in law, and granddaughter every couple years. We’ve stayed in several places in St Maries and this was the best by far. It was very clean, very roomy, safe, and convenient. We felt right at home. It took a couple hours to get warm, but it was -2 degrees outside. The owner had someone shovel our walkway every day. We will certainly stay here next visit.

Overall, it served our needs, but I would expect more for the price.
