Beautifully decorated and spacious bungalow home in quiet neighborhood, equipped with work space, GoogleFiber high-speed internet and washer/dryer for laundry. It’s also minutes from everything Durham has to offer: 8 mins to DPAC theater, 12 mins to Duke University and Duke Hospital. All pets are welcome—see details for our pet policy.

Open concept Cottage with 2 Bedrooms and 1 Bathroom and private off-street parking, just minutes from downtown Durham. This house is located in an up-and-coming neighborhood at the intersection of N Miami Blvd. and Robinhood Road.
Guest access:
Access to the entire space. Keyless entry keypad is located on the side entrance, closest to rear parking area, for added guest privacy.
Other things to note:
Please note that this property is pet friendly and no additional fees are charged for up to two pets, so long as the space is well-maintained during the stay, but we do ask that you disclose what kind of pet(s) you’ll be bringing. Please inquire with the host if you have more than two pets traveling with you.
