Perfect for walking downtown and easy access to the ball park. It's a neat old bungalow that has everything you need. We had a slight issue with only hot water in the shower, and Cedric dealt with it right away. What else could you ask for?
Had a blast at imani Durham nest, in town for the ACC baseball tournament. Stadium was walking distance and plenty of restaurants! And my team won !! GO HEELS!

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in
Poor management
I had rented a house from him a month before I was flying out to NC and the day before not even 24 hours he messaged me cancelling my booking saying he double booked. Very poorly managed I’m my opinion. I pulled out the couch cushions and they were full of old food, the kitchen sink drain was full of old food, there were broken glass shards on the kitchen floor which I took pictures of and the front door lock didn’t feel secure. I am sorry but I would not rent this place again or from this owner.
The property is old and has signs of it's age, but it is clean and maintained, has good amount of square footage, and the price is right. It's in a quiet neighborhood, albeit not the most "ritzy" area. It's a short drive to many sites and restaurants that Durham has to offer and within 15-30 minutes of many state parks if you you're wanting to hike, swim, boat, mountain bike, etc.
The property was very clean it is definitely an older rental but everything works
I would suggest asking the owner if you are the only renters when you book it this is not explained in the add. Neighbors are friendly
