With so much to do, you may not spend much time in your room! But when you do, Boardwalk Beach Resort Condominium 705 won't disappoint. This one bedroom, one bathroom hideaway sleeps up to six and features a comfy queen bed in the master bedroom, fun, built-in bunks in the hallway plus a queen sleeper sofa in the spacious living room. Best of all, a large, modern kitchen enables you to save money for fun by preparing your own meals.

The Boardwalk Beach Resort Condominium remains popular with beach lovers thanks to its huge private beach the area's largest and family-friendliest amenities. When you're not body surfing in the waves or speeding along on a waverunner, you can splash with the kids in the "Splash Zone" relax in the beachfront pool and hot tubs, grab a cool, tropical drink at the beachfront bar and grill and finish the day with an ice cream or pizza from the Corner Market!

Parking & Resort Registration:
Boardwalk requires all guests to pre-register prior to arrival. A registration link will be sent to you closer to your check-in date to complete this process. Parking passes are $50 plus applicable taxes and include up to two (2) passes per reservation. In addition, resort-issued armbands are required for all guests and are $6 plus applicable taxes per person.

Visit for softball World Series

My family and I came down to Panama City for a softball tournament that my daughter was playing in the room was as advertised in a great location and beautiful view will definitely stay again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was very comfortable and perfect for us and our daughters. The resort amenities were excellent and ver family friendly. The apartment itself was a little old but it has everything we needed. My only critique is that the balcony’s door didn’t lock and it was very stressful with a 2 and a 4 years old. I emailed them about it and they said they were going to fix it but never did.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great family trip. We had 4 teenagers with us. They enjoyed the pool, beach, and restaurant on the pool deck. The unit was nice and as advertised. It was fine for what we needed and the view was gorgeous. It did not have blankets for the pull out sofa, only pillows and sheets. The towel bar was broken in the bathroom. Everything else was great! Thanks for an awesome experience!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been coming to Boardwalk for over 10 years now and have rented numerous condos. This one, unfortunately was not our favorite. It needs some TLC. The main bed was so uncomfortable, we ended up on the pull out couch. There is grime in the bathroom fan that is just gross. Overall, it just needs a little sprucing up to meet the norm for BBR. Otherwise, the resort is the best as is that glorious beach!
