Great roomy home for entertaining just a few miles from Bretton Woods ski area. There are 3 floors each with their own bedroom (with 2 queen and/or double beds in each) and their own bathroom. In Spring/Summer/Fall - hiking, swimming, mountain and/or road biking, golf, arts & more. In Winter, less than 10 min drive to Bretton Woods. Late checkout may be an option w/ prior approval from owner. There are also 2-3 extra twin mattresses in the master on floor if needed, 2 setup by default, ask for 3rd. There is a professional boot dryer that is available that is great for drying hiking/skiing gear.

Great property close to Bretton Woods

We really enjoyed our stay at the house, plenty of room to spread out with our family of five. Everything was clean and well taken care of, it’s nice to stay in a family home because all the details were well thought through and we had everything we needed for a great stay. Communication with the property manager was fantastic. We would absolutely stay again!

This lovely home exceeded out expectations! Gracefully positioned within the white mountains with easy access to skiing, fishing, hiking, peaceful family time, star gazing or just relaxing in the hot tube or by a nice fire. For us, this was another year of family fishing bonding with 90 year old gramps or some of our newer 20-30 something family members. Great fishing within a 10-15 minute drive. (yes we caught fish too!) This home provided comfortable bedding, a modern kitchen, 3 bathrooms, lots of parking and a nice side yard. The large screen TV with amble seating allowed us to enjoy the NHL playoffs. Thank you to Shannon our host who provided timely communications and set clear expectations of what was needed to have a satisfying weekend.
