Hermosa cabaña frente al lago

Nuestra cabaña está ubicada en el estanque de Neal en el corazón de las Montañas Verdes. Venga a disfrutar de sus vacaciones en Vermont, donde podrá ver patos, bribones y gansos remar y ver los alces ocasionales que se alimentan en el frente.

Está completamente amueblado con cocina, comedor, baño y sala de estar, TV / satélite con DVR y reproductor de DVD, internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad, con todas las comodidades del hogar, incluyendo lavadora y secadora de carga frontal. Ubicado en un lote de 3/4 acres con un gran patio privado ideal para juegos familiares de voleibol o tener una fogata en la hoguera. Hay vecinos a un lado de la cabina, somos la última casa en la carretera, por lo que no hay tráfico. Excelente ubicación para actividades al aire libre como senderismo, paseos en bote y pesca.

Beautiful spot, great fire pit, comfortable beds. We kayaked each day, it was beautiful early through the mist with all the geese coming in to land on the water. Great downstairs space with room for everyone to sit comfortably. Last minute we needed to bring the dogs and host was great. We cooked the first night, kitchen was well equipped, we grilled the second and again had everything we needed, great outside space, we’d love to come back- would recommend!

The home and yard is lovely. We really enjoyed relaxing on the deck overlooking the lake and my husband enjoyed fishing. I had a couple of questions when I first arrived. Jen was very helpful and quick to respond. We really enjoyed our time there.

Check in was easy and kitchen was well stocked for meal preparations. Loved the openness of the living space enabling family to be together. Bedrooms were very comfortable. The yard is large and beautiful, a great place for children to run and play and for all to enjoy. Plenty of kayaks and water boards for all to enjoy time on the lake. Such a lovely space and peaceful setting.

What an amazing location for a lake week! The house and location are perfect for relaxing mornings by the lake and fun filled afternoons kayaking. The deck is perfect for sunset dinners. Kids are already asking when we can come back !

Neals Pond Family Trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the lake. The cabin had all of the amenities we needed to host family and friends who visited us while we were in the area. We especially appreciated access to kayaks, lawn games and board games which kept us well entertained. Our kids enjoyed fishing from the dock and successfully caught/released over 40 fish. We loved watching wildlife, including a beaver, a pair of loons, and many birds. Mornings on the lake were so peaceful and evening sunsets were beautiful. Overall a wonderful place to stay while visiting the little town of Lunenburg. Thank you, Jen, for sharing your cabin with us!

Quiet lake in the mountains

We had a wonderful stay! We were able to have a campfire, go on the kayaks and boat, play basketball, and enjoy each others company. The wind was bad one morning and the electric had gone out. The host was quick to update us with when it would be turned back on. The accommodations were more than welcoming. The scenery was breathtaking. We were able to see otters, Snow and Canadian geese, ducks, turkeys, and deer. We would definitely stay again!

Loved it!

Cabin was very clean and had everything you need in the kitchen. We were 6 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone both inside and on the decks outside. Beautiful yard with a nice fire pit and benches. Very quiet except for our close neighbors (geese) which we enjoyed watching. Our golden retriever was welcome - a definite plus (extra fee but worth it). We all enjoyed it very much. Our host Jennifer replies right away if you have questions. We all highly recommend this rental!

Stress Killer

Our family had a great time at The Bull Rush Inn! Waterfront view of the hills and nature abounds here. Eagle, otters, heron and geese. Well stocked and clean everything well maintained. Great spot to chill.

Beautiful property

Our stay was 10/10. The house and property is so much better in person. The house was extremely clean and well stocked. The house is the last on the street so it felt extremely private. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

Can’t beat the view

The outdoor spaces in this home were beautiful. Get up a little early. Kayak through the pond lilies and explore the far shore. You might see loons, geese, turtles or the resident heron. On our last day, a beaver from the upper pond decided to visit in the early morning. The water closest to the house has lots of grasses. Swimming is best across the pond. The interior is comfortable with some nice touches, but the shower upstairs is a little tight and could use a hand-held attachment. One twin mattress needs to be replaced in the smaller bedroom. Checkout time is way too early at 9am. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

A magical spot with magnificent hosts!

We had such a phenomenal stay at Bush Run Inn! I know it might be hard to believe but the pictures don't do it justice— the cabin and view are truly breathtaking! Jen was incredibly accommodating and responded very promptly to our messages. The cabin was freshly cleaned when we got there and fully stocked with games, books, fresh towels, a fully stocked kitchen, yard games, a kayak, a small boat, and life vests! There's even a binder with welcome info and a lovely guestbook to sign. We spent most of our time basking in the sun, stargazing, and exploring the white mountains area. Neighbors are really friendly and you can get local maple syrup and jams from farms nearby! Truly a wonderful experience and I hope to be back in the near future. Word to the wise: if you're visiting in the warmer months make sure to pack long pants and long sleeves because those bugs are relentless even with bug spray but it's totally worth it! Some accessibility and planning notes for future guests: there's a bedroom and bathroom on the first floor and the other three bedrooms and additional bathroom are upstairs. Driving is a must in the area and I found that very few to no places delivered so definitely recommend stocking up on your way (there's a Shaw's about 20 min out and a shed selling bundles of firewood on the last paved road before you hit the dirt/gravel roads). Be careful driving at night as there isn't much source of light and be careful with the potholes on the dirt roads.

Eclipse 2024

We had a wonderful stay. The cabin was beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware and utensils. There were lots of games, puzzles and other activities available. The view of Neal Pond was beautiful. It was so nice to skip traffic and crowds, step out on the back deck, and watch the total eclipse over the pond.

Weekend Ice Fishing Trip

Jen was a great host. She answered all my questions and was super easy to get in touch with. The property had plenty of space for parking and access to the lake was so easy. First day we fished like a quarter mile away in deeper water and didn’t have much luck. Second day we fished within a 100 yards of the house and caught way more fish. We could even watch our traps from the kitchen table. If you are looking for a fun and convenient ice fishing get away. Give this place a try!!!

A Christmas to remember

Beautiful property on water. This was perfect for our family’s Winter get-a-way. The bedrooms were comfortable and the living room sat all of us in comfort. The welcome bottle of wine was much appreciated. We went skating on the pond, cooked over an open fire in the back yard, and made memories playing games at the dinning table. I wouldn’t have changed a thing!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The 'Bull Rush Inn' has always had a very special place in my heart and I hope that if you choose to spend your vacation here that you will love it as much as I do.

This spot on the lake has been in my family for many years. My father's family owned the land and used it to pasture thier farm animals. My mother's grandparents bought this lot and put a camper on it. During thier stays my great grandmother noticed all the moose that would come feed at the waters edge, so she started calling it 'Bull Rush Inn'. My Parnets bought the land from my great grandparents and built the cabin here in 1991, when I was just 10 years old. I've been in love with it ever since and I'm very glad to be able to share it with you. My husband and I have done a lot of work here over the years. We had turned it into two units in 2006, but in the fall of 2012 we've converted it back into a single family home. We upgraded the kitchen and made a large master bedroom with its own private deck.
