It is located just 5-10 minutes walk from all essential services such as the train station, bus station, supermarkets, pharmacy and the city center.
The apartment has a separate kitchen, two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and quality mattresses, as well as a large double living room (with an additional single sofa bed). The bathroom contains a large shower and independent toilets.
In addition, the apartment has a cellar, a small balcony, a shared bicycle space, a parking space, as well as an intercom and badge access to the building.
