This rental includes complimentary use of a golf cart. All operators must be 21+ with a valid driver's license. Other terms and conditions apply. Please review your rental agreement for details.
Ocean Lakes charges $12.00 per day, per vehicle, for passes purchased 10+ days in advance of your arrival. Passes purchased less than 10 days in advance are $15.00 per day. This is payable directly to Ocean Lakes and not included in your payment for the rental. Instructions on completing this process will be emailed to you prior to your arrival.
There is parking for 1 oversized or 2 standard vehicles at this site. If you have additional vehicles, they must be parked in the overflow lot (daily fee still applies).
Once your booking request is approved, you will receive an email with instructions for paying your deposit to hold your reservation.
Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit payment is received.
House Rules:
Rates and fees are non-negotiable.
Renters must be at least 25 years old, and present during the rental period.
MAXIMUM occupancy is 7.
No smoking or vaping in the house.
Fireworks are prohibited inside Ocean Lakes Family Campground.

We traveled with 14 year old grand daughter and her friend. Great location beach was close. The house was tidy and a bit tight for us... but we will be checking out Kendra's other larger properties as the tweens want to return! No complaints, never a dull moment and they enjoyed the golf cart parade/Dj evenings drove around at least 3 hours a day! Even found a cottage named Lilly Pad

Only 4 houses fromthebeach. Owner very responsive to questions. Dog friendly.We had an issue where a door knob came apart and it was corrected pretty quickly.Easy parking for larger cars/trucks on a paved driveway.

The location of this property was amazing! To sit on the deck and have coffee in the morning watching the waves and hearing them crash on the beach was the best part. The golf cart made everything so much easier since the resort was huge! Check in and out was super easy. The house is small but very cozy. It was just right for my boyfriend, my dog, and I!
