Cozy modern townhouse in walkable Austin 'Hood, near UT, downtown

Welcome to our comfortable and quiet 2-story townhome in the Mueller district of Austin! Mueller is a great place to shop, dine, jog, bike and play. We are minutes from downtown and the Capitol, the University of Texas, and SoCo, and 18 miles from COTA. There's a public golf course nearby, too.

Amenities include brand-new LG washer and dryer, an InstantPot, blender, French press, Mr Coffee, Russel Hobbs electric kettle, and a new induction stove with air-fryer setting. We have blackout curtains in the main bedroom. You'll also love our extra-big shower.

The main living space and the main bedroom (with ensuite bathroom) are all on the second floor, making it a light and bright place to hang out.

We love the walking and biking trails, easy proximity to an H-E-B and other stores, abundant green spaces, nearby swimming pool, and close proximity to so many of Austin's offerings. Yet is is quiet here, and makes for a good WFH space. Welcome!
