Make yourself at home in this beautiful mountain retreat located in Deer Valley less than a mile from Deer Valley Ski Resort. Family, friends, and groups will delight in gathering here while enjoying the delicious food that Park City has to offer and chatting about an adventurous day on the slopes or a successful shopping day at the Outlets.

Take a moment to relax in the home's outdoor private hot tub on the large deck overlooking the valley. With two living room areas, you'll find the perfect spot to unwind after a fun-filled day! Cozy up on the large, comfortable L-shaped couch and watch Netflix on the smart TV. Or kick back and relax near the fireplace in the other living space.

This two-story vacation rental also features a convenient gas grill on the deck, which means you can treat your guests to delicious, hot meals.

Take the convenient, free shuttle to and from Deer Valley Resort (it stops right in front of the house)! Or use the Park City bus system to enjoy various activities and sights around the city!

What's nearby:
Located a half-mile from Deer Valley Resort and its upscale amenities, world-class slopes, mountain bike park, gorgeous hiking, and two miles from Park City's historic Main Street makes getting around a snap. Venture to Park City's Historic Main Street where you will find the Egyptian Theatre, a plethora of dining and nighttime activities. Park City shopping outlets are a short 15 minute drive away. If you'd like to know more about the city's history, be sure to visit the Park City Museum, only two miles away.

There are 4 bedrooms (including a bunk room) featuring 1 king, 3 queen beds and 2 twin beds with access to a queen air mattress, upon request. This allows for 10-12 guests to sleep comfortably.

The kitchen includes all new appliances, including a double oven (with an air fryer component), so you can feed a crowd! Plus, you'll find all of the cookware and utensils you need to prepare your meals.

Kids' books/toys, a travel crib, high chair, and kids' table are available upon request.

There are extra towels and blankets to ensure your comfort. A washer and dryer are available for use. The primary bathroom also includes a steam shower, so you can get warm after a fun but cold day on the slopes!

Highly recommend this house!! It fit our family of 10 perfectly, was so close to the slopes (a 2 minute drive to parking lot). We loved being able to take the free shuttle to Deer Valley as well! The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and Christine was extremely kind and responsive. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect for Spring Break

This home was perfect for our trip to Deer Valley for spring break with our senior sons. There was plenty of room for everyone and it was very convenient to the Deer Valley ski resort. Thank you for a great stay!

Our stay here was awesome. The house was perfect for our large family. It was spacious, clean and had all the amenities that we needed. The location is great. Our grandkids loved playing in the yard while we enjoyed the hot tub.

Very nice DV retreat

We had a great experience staying at Christine's condo in Deer Valley. House was clean and spacious, owner was responsive to questions and requests and the location cannot be beat.

Park City in July

The beds were very comfortable. Christine, the homeowner was really responsive to our questions and easy to communicate with. We had an issue with the air conditioner and she had a tech out quickly even though it was Sunday. He fixed the problem and there were no more issues. Overall I would rent the house again.

Great place for a large group

The house worked great for our group, which my wife and I, our three adult kids and assorted other friends. Half of the group had passes to Deer Valley and half to Park City and the location was ideally located for that. The bedroom configuration and how the house is laid out also worked well for us. The large kitchen table allowed all of us to eat together and the two living rooms let folks peel off when they felt the need for a bit of quiet time.

My wife and I enjoyed a five-night stay at this property with our six kids and daughter-in-law (ages 18 - 28), so nine adults total. There was plenty of room to find privacy while offering ample space for gatherings. It was a short drive to (15 min) to just about all Park City has to offer. My kids even walked to the Deer Valley ski resort. The home owner was accessible for questions when we had them, and even went out of her way to set up a Christmas tree and leave us a few games to play. The hot tub was fantastic even as snow was falling on us, and the steam shower was amazing after a day in the cold. We had a great time, and would not hesitate to stay at this property again.

Best house in Deer Valley!

This by far was the best house in lower Deer Valley! It was close to the main lodge and had a beautiful walk through the neighborhood to get there. The house was very clean, and the layout was great for large families, or a group of friends. We went there to see the music symphony concert series. There were 3 couples, and the sleeping arrangements were great! Each bedroom had a very comfortable bed, and the bathrooms and closets were huge! The Master bedroom had a huge bedroom, closet, steam shower, and a nice big area with a desk and chair, should you need to do some work. Everyone loved their bedroom, and commented on how comfortable the beds were to sleep in. The kitchen had every item you would need to cook with, along with brand new appliances. We did cook in the first night, and it was nice to not have to worry about not having everything after a long day of travel. The living room had two separate areas, so some of us sat and talked in one area, while others sat in the other area to relax and read. It was nice to have those separate sitting areas for our group. Christine, the owner, welcomed us with a nice welcome note and a gift of chocolates. That made the stay extra special because she was always attentive to a question I might have, and to just go out of her way to leave the note and chocolates was the perfect added touch to the stay. We will DEFINITELY be back, and can’t wait to stay again in this fabulous house!

Hi! I'm Christine and I'm delighted to be your host. I grew up in Utah and my husband and I just recently moved our family of 6 from NM (where we lived for 15 years) back to Utah. We love staying active and can often be found skiing, hiking, and mountain biking together. We love skiing at Deer Valley every winter. We also enjoy the Deer Valley Mountain Bike Park in the summer months. This home is truly a gem and I hope you will enjoy your time in Park City!
