Uno de los condominios estrella de Deer Valley premier 5. Esta aprox 3900 pies cuadrados condominio fue remodelado y decorado meticulosamente. Ningún detalle ha sido dejado de lado. Disfrutar de magníficas vistas de Deer Valley desde el interior, o en su propia terraza privada con jacuzzi nuevo 7 persona con parrilla de gas en la cubierta. Trent was great. Very inviting and responsive. The house has all the amenities we were hoping for and more. Great views & great vibes. We saw a lot of wildlife right outside the living room window including moose, turkey & rabbits. Perfect house for a family gathering for all ages.

What a beautiful property! We were all so comfortable with the layout, beds, and the beautiful areas to hang out together. The hot tub was lovely and we saw deer walking by. The fireplace was so cozy and we were so happy to be there for the first snow! Trent was a wonderful communicator and was great at responding to any question we had. We feel so fortunate to have stayed at such a beautiful, comfortable place.

Condo had incredible views from the decks and plenty of room for the seven of us. It was well stocked with everything you could want from dishes, glasses, pots and pans , to games, puzzles, pool table, hot tub and more. Trent was very responsive to any issue that arose. I contacted him that there was only one working hair dryer in the unit and there were four women staying there. He had 3 additional dryers delivered the next day! That is going over and above what I would expect. Location is convenient to numerous outdoor activities. Overall this was the perfect place to stay.

Very nice condo close to the base of the mountain with free and timely shuttles to the lifts. Great views. Newly remodeled with all of the 'extras'.

Awesome Condo, Great Family Memories

We have been coming to area for years. This condo is by far the best one we’ve stayed at. Clean, spacious and amenity rich make this a wonderful place to call home, while away from home. The owner was incredibly responsive and made the entire trip a joy - pre arrival, check in and check out were all extremely easy and painless.We look forward to coming back!

Meeting in the Middle

Although Utah is not halfway between Florida and California, it is where we decided to meet for the family to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday. Although I gave the description of this place 5 stars I would award more stars because the photos did not do it justice! It was the most perfect place for 12 people. The layout was made for a large group. It gave space for everyone to be in different areas enjoying themselves. Some were in the hot tub with fresh snow around them, others enjoying wine on the couch watching the fireplace and catching up with each other’s lives, some were in the kitchen eating snacks and others playing pool and making a puzzle in the game room. The teens and early 20-year-olds walked to the adorable town, with fantastic restaurants might I add. Us older people drove the whole 3 minutes to get there. I cannot thank Trent enough for such a warm welcome and the ease of checking in and out was wonderful.

Best rental we have stayed in UT

We stayed at this place with another family friend. We had a great time. The description for this property is right on as far as the place being perfect! Very comfortable, very clean, kitchen was stacked up with everything we needed, and then some.Beautiful Mountain View’s, nice clean windows to see outside. Beds were very comfortable We really enjoyed our trip. Plus, Trent was like no other property owner that we have dealt with in the past. He was extremely helpful and attentive and truly cares about his guests. We would definitely go back.Also, it was very easy to go everywhere and especially to the ski base using the shuttle system. We had rented a car, but we barely used it. The shuttle picked us up right at the front door and the most we ever waited for the shuttle was six minutes. Highly recommend this place.

Everything was perfect!

This was our first trip to Park City/Deer Valley and we absolutely loved it. Trent's condo was perfect for us (3 couples)! The views, decor, location were all amazing! Trent was always available, even though we didn't need anything since the condo had absolutely everything we needed. One of the many highlights was sitting on the deck and looking at the stars. We can't wait to go back! Thank you, Trent!

Beautiful home

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. We brought our whole family, which included three adult couples and a baby. Plenty of room…and the house had a porta crib and high chair. The host was prompt and responsive to our needs. The property was close to everything and had gorgeous views. Would definitely stay here again.

An incredible family ski vacation!

This is our second time staying here, but our first in winter. Everything was wonderful, as always! Trent is a very gracious host - super responsive and helpful to any and all questions. We had a blast skiing Deer Valley and making memories as a family! The shuttle service was so convenient for trips to and from Snow Park Lodge. Truly door to door service! The house has everything you need (and more!) and we really enjoyed the hot tub and sauna after a full day of skiing! Our kids also loved sledding in the backyard and building snowmen and igloos. The game room is a huge plus too - pool table, gaming system, Pac-Man, Peloton, etc. We all agreed, it was one of our favorite trips and we were sad to leave! Don’t hesitate to book here. You will not regret it!

Amazing Condo

Check in and out was a breeze. Trent was a wonderful to work with. Always available to answer questions. The condo is gorgeous with plenty of entertainment from games to a hot tub and fire pit. The kitchen was well equipped with anything you might need for cooking. Our total party was four adults and three kids and we all had plenty of room. About five minutes away from Deer Valley where you can take a complementary shuttle or a quick five minute drive to Main Street in downtown Park City. Beautiful view of the mountains. Our kids were so sad to come home!

FABULOUS IN EVERY WAY!

Everything about this home is truly wonderful! From booking, to check-in, location, amenities, and communication with the owner were easy. The kitchen is ideal for cooking big family meals and is extremely well equipped, in fact, the best we’ve had. The multi levels allow for plenty of options to hang out as a group or for different activities from relaxing, playing pool, pac man or games, or reading in front of one of the fire places. The hot tub is FABULOUS - being protected from weather is ideal. This inviting home offers unparalleled views, the bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms are nicely appointed and the beds are extremely comfortable. Every guest will undoubtedly rave about this home!

First time skiing in Utah

We go on an annual ski trip and decided to try Park City this year instead of Colorado. I’m glad we did. Staying at this condo was the best decision we made when looking for a place to stay. It is so convenient so the slopes, Main Street, and the airport. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook all the meals that we made. We looked forward to the hot tub every night after a long day of skiing. We even enjoyed having a pool tournament with our teens. The Ms Pac Man game was a hit too with our kids (ok mostly me). Trent was very kind and allowed us to check out a little later the day we left. He was also very responsive when I had to text him a few times. We will definitely go back to Park City and stay here in the future. Book this one today - you won’t regret it!

Nothing short of Spectacular

Had an incredible family vacation staying at this property. Trent was fantastic with his communication and everything at the house was amazing. Amenities, spacious, and convenience are just some of the many things i can go on about. I would book this every year for all my upcoming vacations to Deer Valley.
