101 Year Old Southern Charmer ~~HOT TUB~~ Great Location

*The Ellison House Manor, a southern charmer that’s 101-years old in 2025.
*Centrally located, this cozy, historic home provides families and groups safety, privacy, and quiet with five beds, two full baths, and plenty of gathering spaces.
*Fenced backyard features a HOT TUB and a BBQ.
*We honor our heritage by displaying photos and records of the original house in the living room.
*A block away from grocery, drug stores and restaurants.
*Close to downtown, UAB, & hospitals.
*The Ellison Manor is the full upstairs part of the Ellison house. There is a studio in the downstairs portion of the house. If there are guests in the studio they will park on the driveway. There are no shared spaces and each have own private entrance.
*Parking - there should be 2 open spaces in front of the house which can fit cars/trucks. If they are not available or you cant fit big trucks there, you can park down the street a bit.

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The damage waiver is $39 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights.
