Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed the experience, which may have affected largely by the great warm weather we experienced. We were told this was very unseasonal. A few minor issues were handled promptly by the staff.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house has all of the basics and everything works, but it's your basic builders level place in terms of kitchen appliances and bathroom amenities. Having said that, it's in a great location near Brownwood Square and you can easily get to Sumter to the north or Fenney to the south from it. It's a nice base from which to enjoy all of the activities the Villages has to offer. The pictures of the house our accurate.
