The space
Charming 2 bedroom bungalow, 1 king, 1 queen and a futon in the front and a spacious light-filled studio garage-apartment with a king bed, double vanity and double headed shower, and large sectional couch in the back. Enjoy the Bose stereo, record player and TV with Netflix. Oversized front porch on the house and a balcony overlooking the beautiful shared backyard on the garage apartment. All within walking distance to Magnolia avenue and all it's restaurants, bars, and shops in the back.
