The studio and loft is close to many Fort Worth and the mid-cities "hot-spots" and venues, as well as, major highways. It's spacious for a family with a fun loft, and has all the amenities of a full house.

Stylish and cozy, this studio & loft is a comfortable and perfect place for a family or group of friends. The primary bed is queen sized and is separated from the living room/kitchen area by a privacy wall. The loft, which is accessible by ladder, has carpeted floors and a full size mattress. A modern, spa-like bathroom with private walk-in shower is inviting and you have all the amenities of a home!

It was extremely clean! There were plenty of towels, and coffee was provided! The hosts were readily available before, during and after our stay. I would definitely rent again. It was close to highway that we traveled on frequently. It was near the Fort Worth cultural area and an easy drive into Dallas.

This well laid out space is beautiful decorated and supplied with everything you would expect and much more. Attention to detail is obvious. And the place was spotless. Conveniently located and easy Lyft ride to downtown, the Stockyards and the botanical gardens. The hosts were quick to respond to messages and very helpful. Highly recommend! Ami

We enjoyed our stay this cozy loft studio. Very clean and comfortable. The loft room was very nice and the bed was perfect but the ceiling height was pretty low however,it was ok for me since I am pretty short. The loft studio is really close to amenities in the historic district of Fairmount and Magnolia in Ft.Worth. I absolutely recommend staying there.

Great place and everything you need! Good location, easy access to the city especially TCU. Communication with the property owner was great. It was perfect for a couple but they also have a loft with a bed if you need extra sleeping space. The bathroom and shower were also very modern :) Thanks for a great stay, we will definitely be in touch the next time we’re in town!

Excellent Location and Host

We stayed here for TCU move-in. The space was perfect for my wife and I. Very clean and well thought out with everything we needed for a long weekend. The host is very nice and responsive. The location is perfect with easy access to TCU, as well as several neighborhoods with excellent restaurants, shopping and coffee shops. We will definitely look to stay here again when we are in town.

Very Nice

Property came exactly as advertised. Very cozy, clean, comfortable beds, really nice shower, in a nice neighborhood. It was a great base of operations for us to enjoy the town, and not have to drive very far to get to places.

Great Modern Small but Spacious Studio Apartment

My two young adult sons and I had a great stay at Jaime's place in Ft. Worth. The renovation is so tastefully done and modern and the loft a great design for privacy and space for a small family. The only thing I wish I'd known (and did not turn out to be a problem at all, actually -- was just a bit of a shock to read when the welcome email arrived in my box) is that the studio is a converted garage. Like I said, it is done so tastefully inside, so it really made no difference to me and my sons -- but I wouldn't want to stay for a romantic getaway. Jaime was a GREAT communicator and answered questions so quickly. The place was spotless with nice touches like tea and coffee available in the kitchen. Overall, we had a great stay using the space as a place to sleep while visiting "Grammy Texax"!

Hidden Gem

Second time staying here with my wife and our two young children. It's always very clean and comfortable. Easy access to fun family attractions (zoo, botanical garden, Ft. Worth History and Science Museum, etc), and close to I-35W. It's a perfect fit for us when we're in the city to visit family.

Great stay!

Cute little place. Very easy to find, 1 mile from TCU. Clean, looked new, smelled good. Only thing I would recommend is curtains on the windows in the living space. A lot of light comes through the windows at night if you like it completely dark like us but overall a great space. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect cozy studio/loft

The little apartment was great. It is a converted garage and was done well with obviously high quality materials. The driveway was on a side street so you parked right at the entrance to the apartment (gate to owners house opened to driveway too). Communications were clear and easy. I got the entrance code the day before and it worked perfectly. There was a full kitchen. We only used the refrigerator, coffee Keurig and microwave. There was a washer and dryer in the bathroom. There is a queen size bed on the first floor behind a wall and a ladder to another queen size bed in the loft. It had plenty of lighting and a large screen TV. We had plenty of privacy as we never saw the owners. I think there was a security camera in the driveway so they could see when we came and went but it was not intrusive at all. The bathroom and kitchen had a supply of soap and paper goods so we did not have to provide those. There were plenty of Keurig pods and sweetener available too. We were happy with our stay and would totally stay there again if we are ever in Fort Worth.

Stayed Thursday - Monday. It was quiet, quaint, & perfect for us & our teen daughter. Close to TCU & unique restaurants. Had everything we needed.
