Brand new apartment, finely decorated with maritime motifs. Amazing view of Praia Grande. Composed of 2 bedrooms: one suite with a double bed and a bunk bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, large living room (sea view) with two double sofa beds, kitchen, bathroom and balconies overlooking the sea of Praia Grande. Building with elevator, 1 (one) parking space, caretaker. Small pets are always welcome and at no extra charge!!!

We have a Smartv in the living room with access to more than 200 TV channels, including PPV, in addition to Netflix, YouTube and Amazon Prime.
