Our stay was wonderful! The house was spotless when we arrived and had plenty of space for everyone. Having a bathroom for every bedroom made it easy for everyone to have their own privacy. The game room was a huge hit and provided entertainment for all ages. The host was very responsive, answering any questions we had within the hour. The location was also perfect. Close to the Orange County Convention Center with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was decorated really well and comfortable! The room themes were great and mattresses comfortable in every room. The heated pool was amazing for the cold weather we experienced and the kitchen the perfect size. Hosts were responsive! Would recommend!

Orlando Stay

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this property, and it was perfect for our extended family! The spacious layout provided plenty of room for everyone, and the kids couldn’t get enough of the themed bedroom and pool—such fun touches that made their stay even more special. The property was as described in the listing, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds and pillows were incredibly soft and cozy, ensuring we all woke up refreshed and ready for the day. Location-wise, we found it to be easily accessible and convenient to nearby attractions, making it a great spot for exploring the area. Overall, we had a good experience and would choose to stay here again. We highly recommend it to families looking for a fun and comfortable Orlando vacation!

April-May

House was clean and spacious. We had plenty of towels which was nice. The only downside was there was no garage door opener. We had to manually open and close the garage door which was weird.

Beautiful home and location

This was truly a spectacular home in a great location. Everything was super clean and kept very well. All of the bathrooms were stocked with towels. Washer and dryer on each floor, additional pool towels were also available. I would highly recommend this home for larger families. 15-20 min tops to all of the major attractions and airport. Located in a Safe gated community. Absolute only downfall is that the gym doesn’t open until 9am (which is not in their control) and I would recommend the owners purchasing larger pots and bowls for cooking. Thank you for a great stay!

This was our second year staying here, has always been very easy and the exact space we need. The only issue was that we arrived at the place 30 minutes before check in and called to see if we could get in early. We were told the cleaning people were still working, but we were standing at the door and there was no one around. At 4 PM exactly the door lock made a noise and then our code would work. I wish they just would have been honest and told us the code was on a timer and not made up a story about the cleaning people still working. Wasn't a big deal, but just so others are aware if your flight is early and you happen to arrive early.

Excellent, Not too good to be true

Because this is a newer property we were nervous to book it with so few reviews. Up until we checked in I still felt like maybe there was a catch. There is no catch! This place was amazing! We had 8 of us in town for a convention at the Orange County Convention Center which was less than a 10 minute Uber ride away. The property could not have been more perfect, because our group is fun and as all adults some of the team even fought over who got the themed rooms. We had some issues with the pool heat the first couple of days, but after contacting host these were resolved very quickly and the pool was amazing after long days on our feet working at our booth for the show. A few nights instead of eating out we just had food delivered to us and stayed in. We will be back, already looking at dates for next year's show and ANY show we have in Orlando we will be looking to book again. Thank you!

It’s wonderful to know you’re already planning to return—I’d be delighted to host you again for next year’s show or any future visits to Orlando. Thank you for choosing to stay, and I look forward to welcoming you back!

Cute new house

The house was super cute but the floors were dirty. There were no filters in the AC causing lots of upper respiratory issues. The kitchen and pool area was sparse ( like we needed to pack for going camping). Different than we usually stay at rentals come full equipped. We had to buy lots of supplies. Frustrated with management that we got mixed messages on the gym and pool hours ( not a great set-up ). Also left a pouch behind and after discussing its location either the cleaners took it or never opened the cupboard above the microwave; never got a call back.

Hi Ruth, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered. Regarding the AC, our records show that it was cleaned a week before your check-in, and we requested an additional cleaning after your check-out to address any concerns. The items provided in the house are listed in the description of the property, and we understand your expectations may have been different. The gym and pool hours are set by the resort and can occasionally change, but we were not notified of any adjustments during your stay. As for the lost item, we attempted to contact you via phone as it was not found in the house. We regret that we couldn’t locate it. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future. Best regards, The Innovare Team
