The location was beautiful and the condo had the perfect amenities for a short stay! We were a little disappointed there is not an actual balcony as listed, but the view was beautiful from the 5th floor location. We had a couple minor concerns that were answered immediately. Communication like this from a host is always greatly appreciated! We would definitely stay here again.

Nice unit

We had a great weekend at Suncadia in this 5th floor unit at the Lodge. Unit was clean and well suppled with great view of the mountains. Will be back!

The property was great for our needs. It needs a couple small maintenance items but all could be fixed in a short time. The property was clean and very nicely stocked with dishes and utensils. The only draw back was the lack of room darkening shades. With full Western exposure the room was quiet bright and warm from noon until 8pm sundown. When I contacted the host she said that clients liked that they were able to view the Big Dipper easily! Really? The room needs another row of shades, not an excuse to view the Big Dipper. BTW it was finally visible at 11:30 pm! We would like to rent this property again, but only with appropriate shades.
