The house was nice. Some items to focus on for house maintenance were sent to Bravo Cabins. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the covered area outside the most.

Great house

This house was perfect for our family. Each adult couple had their own bedroom and bathroom and plenty of bunks and pull outs for all the kids. The family enjoyed the pool and pool table. The location and parking were great. Overall perfect for our family of 9 adults and 8 children. Highly recommend!

Everything about this property was beautiful! From the views to the amenities. My family and I enjoyed this place wish we had more time, it was easy to access, easy to get around. I would definitely want to come back and stay here again! I recommend it to everyone!

The cabin was awesome since it had a good amount of space for the size of my party and we enjoyed the pool an pool table, everything was awesome, the only problem we had was making our way to the cabin and out of the cabin.

Family Vacation

Our family of 12 enjoyed our stay and had plenty of room. The property provided plenty of space for us to spread out in different areas for quiet time or come together as a group for meals and fun. The pool area was a huge hit with our group, especially after a day of exploring Broken Bow. Communication with the host was excellent. Everything went exactly as expected. We can’t wait to return!

The place was great but there are few things that need attention. The slate on the pool table has 2 cracks in it making it impossible to play a good game. The livingroom tv has a blue tint to it. The tv by the pool area wont connect to wifi network. The grill is not big enough to cook for 20 people. The bedroom left of the stairs on the second floor might have bedbugs. One leg on the corn hole game was broken. We also could not locate the iron only the ironing board. Besides these minor thing we would definitely stay here again.

The licensed pest control company’s inspection confirmed that all rooms, furniture, beds, and mattresses were thoroughly checked, and no bedbug activity was found at the time of inspection. We’ll also be scheduling maintenance to address the pool table cracks, the living room TV tint, and the outdoor TV connection. In addition, we are replacing the broken cornhole leg, and our team will ensure an iron is made available for guests. Regarding the grill size, we’ll be reviewing options to better accommodate larger groups. We are so glad to hear you’d definitely stay again, and we look forward to welcoming you back with improvements already underway. Thank you again for your valuable feedback!

There were 18 of us, multigenerational. Each family had input on the review and we came up with a solid 3. Cleanliness and location/view were both 5 stars. Unfortunately, safety was 2 stars--the driveway was difficult to manage. The main staircase to 2nd floor is not to code and one step was way crooked. Their were bats roosting in the overhang on the deck facing the pool along with bat poo on the deck. This not only hindered our use of the deck and pool area around dusk but it was a safety hazard. Amenities 3 stars-the 3rd floor Keurig was broken as well as refrigerator shelves making it difficult to open crispers. Foil and/or plastic wrap would have been nice to have on hand. Pool was ok. Pool table had issues but we enjoyed playing. Hot tub needed chlorine or something. Musty smelling on clothes and hair. Comfort overall was a 4. It would have been a 5 but 1 pullout couch on the 2nd was broken and 1 could not pull out. As mentioned the views are a 5 and the 70 degree weather with a nice rain in June was wonderful.
