*** PLEASE NOTE ***
-Pool heat must be arranged at least 48 hours prior to your stay. The pool temperature will be set to a maximum of 87 degrees. Please note, it can take up to 24 hours for the pool to reach this temperature, depending on the outdoor temperature at the time of heating.

-Pool heat is $75 per night and must be on for the duration of your stay. The pool heat fee is specifically to cover the costs associated with the propane demand to heat the pool.

-When temperatures go below 50 degrees, typically in December, January, and February, the pool heat is less effective. We recommend utilizing the hot tub as an alternative during cold weather. Pool heating is NOT available when outside temperatures drop below 45°F, as it becomes ineffective

Bedroom 1 (Ensuite Suite):
Indulge in luxury with a plush king-size bed on the main floor of the cabin. This room also includes a twin daybed, for additional sleeping space. This suite includes a spacious full en suite bathroom for ultimate privacy and convenience.

Bedroom 2 (Ensuite Suite) :
This bedroom is also on the main floor and features a king-size bed and its own en suite bathroom, offering comfort and privacy for additional guests.

Bedroom 3 (Ensuite Suite):
Located on the second floor, this bedroom offers a king-sized bed and also includes two twin beds (a day bed with a trundle), for additional sleeping space. It has its own en suite bathroom, including a soaking tub.

Open Bunk Room (Bedroom 4):
Perfectly designed for kids, this spacious, open bunk room features two sets of triple bunks and is stocked with games for endless entertainment. The room offers views of the hot tub and pool and is on the main level right off the living room.

We offer four full bathrooms for your convenience. This includes a soothing separate shower and bathtub in the upstairs ensuite bathroom, an en suite with a shower in both main floor king rooms, and a tub/shower combo in the bunkroom.

The living room features a gas fireplace and two wonderfully comfortable sofas, a bright and inviting living room with stunning forest and creek views, perfect for relaxation. Unwind in this peaceful space while enjoying the serene waterside scenery through large windows.

Located directly adjacent to the living space, this expansive entertainment area offers a variety of activities for all ages. The space includes:

A lively game room featuring an infinity table, pin ball machine, foosball table, and arcade games, perfect for friendly competition and hours of fun. Whether you're challenging someone to a game of chess on the infinity table, testing your foosball skills, or playing your favorite arcade classics, this room has something for everyone. 

For added entertainment, you’ll also find a shuffleboard table along the edge of the living room.

Enjoy stunning creek views and sounds from our outdoor area. Step into a serene outdoor oasis by the creek, perfect for relaxation and entertainment. Enjoy al fresco dining in the spacious dining area with a grill, ideal for cookouts. Unwind in the heated pool ($75/night), soak in the hot tub, or let the kids get their energy out on the play set. Gather around the sectional on the covered patio with the fireplace going or enjoy the cozy firepit for evening s'mores and storytelling. The expansive space offers plenty of room for fun with lawn games, all set against the backdrop of the tranquil creek streaming by. A perfect spot for memorable outdoor experiences.

While you will feel the privacy and serenity of the forest and Ouachita mountains, the cabin is in a prime location:

Guest access
Guest will have access to the entire house minus one locked storage closet.

Security Cameras
For your safety and the protection of our property, we have three exterior security cameras, one facing the front driveway, one at the back patio door overlooking the staircase, and a third on the back patio closest to the playset which is angled to view the side yard in front of the parking area.

There are no cameras inside or in private spaces.

Access & Check-In
Enjoy easy, contactless entry with our smart lock keypad. Your unique code will be sent to you the morning of check-in for full privacy and convenience.

Fireplaces
Please note: Both indoor and outdoor fireplaces are turned off from April 15 through September 30 for the summer season.

Internet
WiFi is provided, but due to the cabin’s rural location, connection may be spotty at times—especially during storms. Thanks for your understanding and patience!

Critter + Nature Notice
We’re surrounded by nature and keep up with regular pest control, but it’s possible to encounter bugs or woodland critters during your stay. You may also spot local wildlife like deer, squirrels, raccoons, lizards—and seasonal elements like pollen or poison ivy. We do our best to keep things tidy, but you’re truly staying in the woods, and sometimes nature says hello!

➠ CRITTERS:
We have a regular pest control company that maintains the grounds. As we are located in a rural area, please note that bugs may be present on the property.

➠ NATIVE PLANTS AND ANIMALS:
This cabin is located on a creek in a rural part of town. As such it is important for potential guests to understand before making a reservation that mother nature and her loving family of flora and fauna may make their presence known including snakes, lizards, deer, dogs, bears, raccoons, spiders, ladybugs, wasps, bees, rabbits, excessive pollen, poison ivy/oak, chiggers, beetles, field mice, ants, cockroaches, squirrels, opossums, flies, walking sticks, coyotes, moths, and butterflies, just to name a few. And, although the cabin is on strict pest control and cleaning regimen our native flora and fauna may find a way to join you since you are visiting their habitat. We have installed an animal deterrent outside the deck to prevent them from coming close to the cabin, but cannot guarantee the possibility 100%. We appreciate your understanding!

Driving & Parking
Broken Bow roads in general can be rough and are not ideal for low-clearance or sports cars. We recommend using an SUV, truck, or standard vehicle. Just a heads-up—your vehicle may get a little dusty! Our cabin sits back off the road a bit, and there is a circle drive so you can park plenty of vehicles and there is more than enough space if you have a boat or ATV trailer as well.

The entire cabin and surrounding property are yours to enjoy during your stay, including the peaceful creek and the fun play area just across it. Relax, explore, and make yourself at home in the woods.
