After requesting your reservation, you will receive a notification and link to complete our Rental Agreement, confirming the terms and conditions of your stay at the Orchard House Retreat, as well as the refundable security deposit, which you will be able to execute and set up digitally.

You will have access to all areas of the house and yard except the garage and a few other locked storage areas.
