The house was just as advertised, very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and large space. Happy that it is dog friendly. Only negative is that the couch downstairs is peeling badly and needs replacing.

Overall our stay was wonderful i would just say the sofa in the living room is peeling really bad so be mindful when sitting on it. The beds are pretty firm so also be mindful if you like soft beds. Besides some very minor imperfections the stay was great, great area, loved the pool and the space in the home was PERFECT!!!

Such a perfect stay for our family! The house was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The pool was a great bonus and perfect for relaxing after long days. It’s only about 20 minutes to the parks, which made it super convenient. The beds were cozy, and everything we needed was provided. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

The place was decent overall, but some areas felt outdated and the carpet was worn and not very clean. Communication with the host could have been better, as responses were sometimes delayed or missing.

Beautiful Family Home

The home is in a lovely gated community. The home is nicely furnished and very clean! My favourite feature is the heated pool and hot tub. My family also enjoyed the community pool and activities. Very responsive host. The grandkids are already asking if we can go back next year!

We had last minute changes in our plans and had to find a place to stay the day before checking in. We found this place and it was so perfect! Located in a gated community with security at the gate the area is very quiet and seemed very safe. The house itself was very clean and stocked with everything you could need from dishes and pots and pans to extra fans and multiple towels. This would be the perfect place for families with little ones! the themed bedrooms are adorable and they even provide a baby gate and crib. The location is absolutely wonderful if you are going to Disney its about 9 to 23 mins to Disney property depending on traffic. The master bedroom has blackout curtains that make it so dark in the room you dont know the sun is up so you can sleep in on your vacation as needed! The bed is a little firm for our liking but that is just a personal preference. There is normal wear and tear in some places but it is very very clean and well maintained. We will absolutely be staying again in the future and recommending this to friends and family.

This home needs a complete overhaul and deep clean.The leather is peeling off the couch which makes it scratchy and uncomfortable.The wallpaper on the wall is peeling off and the walls are grubby, as is the carpet.The chairs at the dining room table have wobbly legs, but atleast the are comfortable. What was advertised was not what we found. The ice machine in the refridgerator/freezer was so broken.An inconvenience when you book a place with the expectation that it is available.So if you book this place thinking there is ice as advertised, you may be dissapointed.The kettle was not useable.There was very limited essentials, the soap dispensers in the bathrooms and shown in the pictures in the listing, were empty.No hand soap at all after using the toilet which seems like an essential item that should be provided.The toilet roll holder in the powder room was broken.Celing light in master not working.One fan remote holder was broken and the remote had no batteries.When we contacted the host to report these things she was rude and combative.Said she would send soap and a kettle, never did.Told us to buy ice, that wasn't her problem.Like there is no starter kit essentials,it's basically like camping.When we left, we pushed down on the door handle lever and it broke off.The host ignored my message and just got an email that she put in an insurance claim for 545!This place is falling apart.BEWARE.

The property itself was very well maintained in the resort. Had a lot to offer with their snack shop, bar and pool options! I do wish they would enforce the age limits at the workout facility to 16 years and older. Aside from that, the property that we stayed at was neat and maintained well. We did have an issue with the back patio door not opening so we used the service door. Their techniciams wede friendly and very responsive to any question that came up. Our own mini pool was a great! A gem!

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again! My family and I had a wonderful time. The only downside was that the pool table was a bit lopsided, and that was one of the main reasons we chose to rent the property. Other than that, everything was great, and we truly loved our stay. Thank you for having us!
