The Neskowin Villa is a welcoming top notch Neskowin Village home, including all of the furniture, dishes, beds, well, everything. It's like being at home but having the beach within walking distance. The upper level has an open floor plan for family and friends to gather and share old and new memories, play games or enjoy a meal prepared in the fully stocked high end kitchen. There is WiFi, 2 TVs and 1 DVD player available for use. Your pet companion is also welcome with a per pet fee. There is a large wrap around deck with a propane BBQ and a sizable outdoor dining table with plenty of seating. You will find bicycles and helmets located in the garage for exploring the village or stroll 2 blocks to beach access. The backyard has a large picnic table long with a fire pit so bring your wood and ingredients to make smores. The 1800 sq ft house is on a little used side road, no traffic. Pull your clubs down the road to the Neskowin Golf Course.

Centrally located on the Scenic Oregon Coast, you can take day trips and explore north or south or head inland to wine country. The Neskowin Villa is a comfortable home with all the amenities for a superb vacation. The same families return year after year. Neskowin is a pristine beach located just on the north side of the dramatic Cascade Headland along with Proposal Rock and miles of beachcombing. Look for the ghost forest during low tide. The village has 2 restaurants, an ice ice cream shoppe and the trading company for supplies and take out pizza.

Pet fee is $50 per pet, per stay. Multiple pets require multiple fees. Pets must please stay off the furniture and beds and never left alone inside the house or garage unless in a kennel. Pet limit is 2.
