In the heart of Stony Creek, steps from markets, beach, hiking trails, and parks. Less than 100 yards to boat ramp and across the street from water with views. After some time on the trails or beach, you will enjoy sitting on the front deck taking in the rays and waves enjoying some drinks and barbecue from the grill.

Abundance of hiking trails around with water views and access. 3 miles to Branford Green, 4 miles to Guilford Green and 10 miles to New Haven Green. All featuring excellent restaurants, shops, and walking paths on a classic New England Green.

Bedroom One and Two have Queen beds. Both common areas have a pullout that are queens as well.

New washer, dryer, dishwasher, range. Kayaks available for use. Coffeemaker, Keureg, lobster pot, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and more…

Perfect location for exploring the Thimble Islands

We stayed in this home as part of a trip to the Thimble Islands. It provided a comfortable place to stay prior to our stay on Wheeler Island and had ample parking for cars near the ferry while we were staying on the island.

Exactly what we needed!

Our family travels quite a bit for club sports and we were lucky enough to find the Creek Boutique. We enjoyed walking down to Ashley's for ice cream and spending time on the small beach. Owner was very responsive to any questions/needs. Highly recommend this beautiful home.
