Two and a half blocks from NoMa metro, half a mile from the Convention Center and 15 minutes walk from popular Union Market. One mile from the US Capitol and the National Mall and super close to Chinatown, Logan Circle and Shaw. Lots of restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, and coffee shops just steps from the house.

Great little pad for a couple/small family to stay in! Super nice host, and a clean place. The ACs worked great during the summer and was comfortable the entire time.
We had everything we needed for the stay. The host is good with communication and responses. The alley behind the house was very loud the two nights we stayed. We could walk to lots of places, it was in a good location.
Property was clean and well maintained. The owner was in close proximity to the property. Very private and close to Capital Hill, downtown and Union Station. Easy access to major roadways. Owner was very hospitable. Highly recommended for an adult couple. I would stay there again without hesitation.
This apartment is very clean, comfortable for two people, and the owner is very responsive. It’s conveniently located within walking distance of public transportation and shopping.However, the alley entrance is shared with the parking lot of the apartments behind the unit, and their residents gathered there each night during our stay (all 5 nights.) There were often a dozen or more people socializing right outside our door, so returning in the evenings meant walking or driving through the group. They were never rude to us, but the noise level was quite high. Once we were ready for bed and we turned on the air conditioning units and used earplugs, the noise level became manageable for sleeping. This situation is outside the owner’s control, but it’s worth noting for future guests.
The property was clean and conveniently located. The owner was receptive, communicative, and very welcoming. We had a great time staying here and would definitely rebook in the future.
The Host was great with communication and ensured all levels of comfort were met. For additional comfort and safety, the garage is also available for a more than reasonable charge!
Will definitely stay again!
We had a great stay at NoMA thanks to the property owner. It was close to public transit, bikes, and grocery stores that made our stay very accessible. The addition of the kitchen and garage access (pay fee) was also helpful to feed the kids and keep our rental car safe. I would say that the sofa bed is not made for adults or larger kids, so realistically the space can accommodate parents and young children if seeking to bring more than 2 people.

The room is very well equipped and has everything necessary for a relaxing stay. The access is on the alleyway south of New York Avenue, easy with a number code. The manager is very responsive.
My husband and I stayed in this apartment for a week over the September long weekend and it was great! The apartment is as described on the Vrbo site, and was very comfortable for the two of us. The kitchen is very modern with new appliances, the bed is super comfortable and the air conditioning was a welcome respite from the Washington heat (which I'm told wasn't even that hot!). The apartment is in a fabulous location - just blocks from the Metro, which will get you almost anywhere in the city. Christian is a welcoming and caring host, and was quick to respond if we had any questions. I highly recommend @StayatNoMA for a stay in DC.
Clean modern apartment with lots of amenities. Close to many DC sites. Easy to get in and out. We drove and paid for the use of the garage below the apartment and it was great knowing we had close parking and could easily pack and unpack the car. Loved having the washer and dryer since we visited during a heat wave. Perfect for 2 adults and a teen. The host was friendly and quick to respond any time we had questions.
The property itself is very nicely done and was very clean! I did not need the amenities but had everything available for use! I was able to walk to several great neighborhoods and when it was time to return…super easy to get in and out of the unit with the door codes
