Guests can enjoy their freedom to check-in and check-out easily with keyless entry. Although I will personally not be greeting you at the house, I will be happy to help with anything before, during and after your stay. I am easily accessible all times via the app, text and email. Please note that the right side of the deck and beach access area is reserved exclusively for property owners and is not available for guest use.

The parking area directly in front of the beach access steps is also reserved for property owners. Property owners may access and use this area during your stay.

This private, pet-friendly beachfront 2-bedroom / 1-bathroom bungalow is fully furnished and can comfortably accommodate 6 guests. Pets (cats & dogs) are allowed (max of 2)! Here's a breakdown of our home and included amenities:

Propane tank: The propane tank is managed on an honor system, as usage levels can vary and it is not always possible to determine when it has run out. If a refill or exchange is needed during your stay, this can be conveniently done at any nearby gas station. Kindly retain the receipt and send it to us for reimbursement.

Pet Fee: A non-refundable fee of $200 per pet applies.
Pet Limit: A maximum of 2 pets are allowed.

Planning a stay at Beach Daze? We want to make sure you know what to expect.

The beachfront directly across from the home is currently undergoing changes due to erosion, so the usual private beach entrance is not accessible at this time.

A shoreline restoration project is planned for Sea Bright from December 2026 through March 2027. Once completed, guests are expected to once again have access to the private beach directly across from the property.
