This modern home is the ideal getaway or vacation by the shore! Perfectly located 100 feet from the beach, situated in the heart of Sea Bright. Within walking distance of restaurants, shops, stores and beach. Meticulously appointed with renovated amenities and modern furnishings, featuring 6 decks with ocean and river views. Just a 5 minute car ride to the Seastreak Ferry Terminal and a short car ride to Long Branch.

Feel at home this summer or winter, with the comfort of central air and heat, a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, house linens, WiFi, cable, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella.

The main level has 2 bedrooms (1st bedroom has a full size bed and 2nd bedroom has two twin beds plus trundle), 2 full bath, kitchen, a living & dining area, 2 decks, and washer & dryer. Upstairs with its eclectic loft style has a queen size sleeper sofa, daybed, sink and 4 decks.

Unit is in on the 2nd floor, guests must be able to walk up stairs. House also comes with 2 beach passes and 2 parking passes.

You'll have everything you need to enjoy your stay, privacy and comfort with access to the entire house with terrific views of the ocean and river via the 6 decks!

Great location and very nice rental. We loved being able to walk everywhere. Well stocked kitchen was perfect for cooking dinner and the loft and sundecks were wonderful

Great location!

We really enjoyed being able to walk to all the Sea Bright attractions. We were very pleased with the rental. It was very well appointed and clean. The stairs were a little daunting, but my 80 yr old in-laws handled them! We would recommend this place to others.

We would have appreciated being able to use the elevator as we had 2 seniors with us and the steps were difficult when carrying suitcases. Also we thought the bed situation could have been better. We had a couple and two singles that required separate rooms. A double bed for a couple and a sleep sofa were not great sleeping conditions . Also the living room only had seating for 3. The location was good and the home was clean.

Great spot!

Big, open house. Well-kept and stocked with all of the essentials. We stayed off-season but can easily see how the summer beach-oriented renter would love the location - we enjoyed the quick walk to numerous restaurants, stores, etc. Had a great stay!

Loved this place !

Gorgeous condo, really lovely. Well appointed kitchen made it easy to make dinner for my family. Great views from various decks. Comfy beds. They’re aren’t kidding about the stairs but it was good cardio !

Location was great. We understand that we were notified but the contruction was distracting. The air conditioner was very loud in the master BR. The shower curtain in Br was too short and water got out but we kept a lot of towels to control the water.

Awesome place with great scenery

This place was amazing. All deck showed different areas of SEABRIGHT. And the skyline of New York. We were very happy being here the host was fantastic with communication! no issues no problems only great memories!

Absolutely the most accommodating

Owner- host that likely exist. If it were to be a hotel rating 7 star hospitality and home for a family. I would highly recommend especially for the inexpensive in comparison to local underrated properties that are mismanaged and rundown. Prestine, homely, great energy and light. My daughter felt like we were home !

great family stay

The property was lovely and accurately depicted. Location was so close to the beach and convenient to Sea Bright shops and restaurants. Our family had a wonderful visit. Please be mindful that there are truly A LOT of stairs, and may not be suitable for all guests. My mother with knee replacements had a lot of trouble. Otherwise, beautiful views, well appointed and clean!

Summer Family trip

Great location with great views from the decks, Very close to the beach, shops, local eateries and bars. Very clean, had all the necessities that you will need.We would be more than happy to rent here again. It is a nice place to spend with your family. Beatriz was great at responding quickly to any questions I had.

My Favorite Place in Sea Bright After Many Years of Renting!

This home was just perfect and the owners were so easy to reach and extremely responsive and helpful. I can't begin to tell you how easy it was to stay there and the views from the decks were so therapeutic. This place is for an active family as there are steps, but if you have little ones the walk to the beach is a breeze and there aren't tchotchkes cluttering the space. It is cool and bright and spacious. After many years of renting in Sea Bright, this home is hands down my family's favorite place that we have stayed at. I highly recommend it.

Stayed in October for a wedding

A group of 8 of us stayed here for a wedding in October. Since beach season was over, parking and logistics weren’t too hard. House had a bunch of decks with good views, and a great dining/living room. The loft had 2 pull out beds. House was in good proximity to liquor stores, restaurants, and for us, the wedding venue. Overall it was a positive experience.

Perfect family get away

Great property with modern amenities. Location was perfect with short walk to the beach and restaurants. We have never been to Sea Bright and were pleased with what it had to offer. Only negative was lack of an area to store boogie boards and bikes to keep sand out of the home and off street parking. Not a huge deal.
