1 mile from Holiday lodge boat ramp, 3/4 mile from Hwy 515 & On Hwy 310. Trailer/house sleeps 10 with the futon in the living room. On an acre of land, plenty of room to park your boats and trailers for your toys. Fish cleaning station in the back, bbq grill/picnic area, corn hole boards.
