Ultimate family getaway! Mins to Golf Course club, trails and beachfront! Gorgeous water views from all the windows upstairs and so many places to sit and enjoy. Work from the office space downstairs and enjoy the family room with easy access to carport and fully fenced backyard, perfect for multi-generational trips! Freeland features a waterfront park with beaches, boat launch, dock & playground just minutes away & great restaurants, groceries, gas station for convenience staying on the island.

This is a 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath single family home about 1800 sqft. The home has two levels and the entrance is on the upper level with a set of stairs leading up to the entrance.

• Upper Floor: Living room, 65" Smart TV, dining room, kitchen, Master bedroom w/ king bed and ensuite half bath; 2nd bedroom w/ bunk bed (sleeps up to 4 people) and bathroom in hallway. Portable AC

• Lower Floor: Family room, TV, office desk and chair, Office with working desk, third bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom with bath tub, laundry, access to the front carport

***Other things to note***
• Strictly NO parties and events. Quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking, vaping or drugs of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas ($300 fine)

• This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens. Please do not leave leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and clean up after your pets.

• Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome at $50 per pet. Please let us know if you'll be bringing your pet and how many. Pet fee beyond one pet is processed manually post reservation confirmation.

• There is no access to the backyard from inside the house. Backyard is only accessible from the outside of the house.

• There is no BBQ grill, or fire pit.

• No shoes in the home.

• The home is not child-proofed. Please do not leave children unattended.

Fabulous house!

The house is spacious, clean, well stocked and comfortable, with a great location, a lovely porch with a view, a safe and quiet area, and plenty of parking. Anita was responsive and helpful. We found baby toys and kitchen items for our infant!

Weekend getaway

Enjoyed our stay in Freeland. Location is amazing easy access to anything you need. Stores nearby, not far from ferry in Clinton. Very relaxing quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had a Keurig. Deer roam all over the neighbor hood it was so cool to just watch while you drink your coffee in the morning and they come back in the evening. The view is amazing of the water you can see kayakers.
