Located on a canal in the Grand Harbour area this is a one bed and one bath waterfront unit with access to a pool with a stunning canal view. A newly constructed stand-alone studio style unit with 300 square feet. With 10 feet high ceilings this unit is suited for a couple or 2 friends. It has a full kitchen with a small living and dining area which includes a smart TV. The bed and bath is separated from the living/dining and kitchen area with a pocket door. Walking up steps to the unit is required. The unit is only 2 minutes away from a grocery store, restaurants, pharmacy, and shopping village. Only 5 minutes to the airport, 7 minutes to Spotts Public Beach, and 20 minutes from the famous Seven Mile Beach. Renting a vehicle is recommended. Away from the hustle and bustle, this is a quiet neighbourhood in an exclusive area with sea views of the North Sound.
