This quiet, safe, picturesque neighborhood is centrally nestled in the heart of the Cayman Islands. This affords you access to the most beautiful beach in the world on either side of the island! Also conveniently located, less than 3 minutes away to a shopping center “Countryside Shopping” which has a large supermarket, pharmacy, top restaurants, coffee and treats shop to name a few. Ideal location, as you'll be centrally located to everything you need! Enjoy all the comforts of a modern contemporary, spacious, private home! This house offer so much more space than that of the traditional hotel or condo. It is a safe and friendly area for couples, families or friends.

Pictures do not do the property justice! It is so spacious, comfortable, well-maintained and simply beautiful. Our family had an amazing stay and we would to visit again. Location was convenient for us as we like to explore the island during our stay. 10/10 would recommend!

Enjoyed our stay. Would have liked a propane bbq. Charcoal is too messy and time consuming Loved the screen room but we were unable to lower the blinds in the afternoon to shade the sun. Not sure if they were stuck or broken. Host was very nice. Would definitely book again if the need arose!

Spacious, well appointed family property.

It is a spacious, well appointed, welcoming family property with a large outdoor space that our grandson enjoyed playing in. The house is well placed for visiting Spotts Beach and has a small shopping mall a short drive away, for groceries, pharmacy and liquor. Ray, the owner, is very responsive, helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay there and would recommend the property.

This property was more than we could ask for. It was beautiful and quiet. The house itself is huge. It is beautifully decorated with all modern amenities. The backyard was spacious and private. The hosts are extremely nice. Overall we would stay here again

Grand Cayman Retreat

Ray and Michelle were exceptional hosts. The property was very clean, spacious bright and airy. The kitchen was very large. We were close to grocery stores, shops, and local and chain restaurants. We enjoyed Beach Bay and Spotts Beach that were close to the house. It was a very enjoyable and relaxing vacation. Thanks.

Home away from home

Stay was great. House had all the items we needed and some. Had a good size back yard if you were to bring a pet. It had a place to grill, hot tube. The place was very clean with NO bugs A+ for me. Home got really cold at night great AC and during the day it was a comfortable setting. Plenty of room for a big family to stay. House is in a good neighborhood, and it was quiet. Really was a home away from home....

Great stay for our first trip to Grand Cayman

Ray and his properly were fantastic. From the chickens and the cute dog to the nice tub in the master bedroom to the slick TV setup in the living room -- this VRBO was perfect for what we needed. Ray was available to help when needed and the whole process was very straight-forward. Would recommend for anyone looking for a central 3-bedroom place. Thanks again Ray and take care.

Really great home....pool would benefit the large back yard and no public beach you can swim at close. All beach access around the area is attached to a home and you have no access. So driving to a beach in the 7mile area is the only option...but without a beach chair you are limited in options unless you pay to hang out at a beach club

Home away from home

The house is conveniently located in the center of the island and makes access to tourist destinations very easy. It’s 5 minutes from Spotts Beach, 15 minutes from Smith’s Cove, 20 minutes from Seven Mile and 40 minutes from Rum Point. The house is well equipped with pots/pans, coffee/tea, seasonings and etc. They also had a first aid kit which was a godsend since someone from my group cut their foot on limestone. The “house dog” was a sweetheart and was very friendly after she warmed up to us. The hosts were quick to respond to inquiries and were very friendly. I highly recommend this rental property.

Spacious Fruitful Property!Lovely spacious property inside and outside. Throughly enjoyed being here!Perfect for me & my husband who wanted a large space. We received more than expected- large primary room with king sized bed, sitting area for watching the huge TV. Plus love the huge bathroom with rain shower head! Very thoughtful inspirations painted on the walls! Loved the snake plant in the room - known to remove toxins from the air. Loved using the huge kitchen every day! Had everything we needed. The absolute best part of this property is the variety of the Tropical Fruit trees!! We were able to make fresh fruit juice and eat from the trees daily!!! Loved the outside sitting areas. Property is very close to Spotts Beach - we didn’t see turtles but it’s great for snorkeling and getting into the water. The host; Ray is so hospitable- ready to make the stay great. Giving tips and advice on where to go eat - his best tip was the supermarket Fosters where we could grab cooked food from their daily buffet! Overall great great great stay! We will be back!

93 Rina Manor, Grand Cayman

We found the property to be well positioned.(15 minutes drive from the airport) The property/house is well suited for a group of 6 people. Large kitchen with everything needed in it. Spacious living room.3 good size bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Master bedroom and ensuite bathroom are huge. Nice backyard with a hot tub were we spent our late evenings. Nice touch, there are complimentary snorkeling gears, beach umbrellas and beach chairs. The house was sparkling clean on arrival. Foster's grocery store is 3 minutes away. Ray, the owner, is very responsive and accommodating. Based on our experience, we highly recommend this property.

As a host, when you see that your guests had a great time during their stay, it is very rewarding.. We aim to make our guest stay as memorable as possible. Calin and family were amazing guests, they were quite friendly, adventurous, exploring the Island. They got to see turtles, lobsters , starfish and all sorts of other fish when snorkeling. Wonderful Host outstanding huge home!!!

I have nothing but good things to say about our stay at this beautiful Cayman home and our host Ray from the time he picked us at the airport in the car we got to rent for the week till today which is a day later than we were suppose to due to weather back home but Ray was able to accommodate us and let us stay an extra day. I have nothing but great things to say. The home was huge and so clean and had everything you need for your stay on beautiful Grand Cayman. Ray got back to me anytime I needed anything way before we even got here as we had to change our dates a couple times. Couldn’t ask for a better host or a better place to stay it’s near everything you want to see on this beautiful island. So thanks again Ray !!! If you want a wonderful place to stay when you are here definitely stay here!!!!

Perfect location to get anywhere on the island

Ray our host was great, friendly & personable. The house was better than the pictures & larger than I thought, that was nice. It’s was super clean, & good neighborhood. We loved our 9 day stay. There’s a grocery store down the road & a few restaurants. The home also has a few chairs you can take to the beach, a ice cooler & a great spa/jacuzzi in the backyard. It’s brand new. Screened in so the mosquitoes don’t bite. The dog Stitches was a good girl. They have chickens all over the island & in the neighborhood. We rented a car it was easy getting around….lots of round abouts. Lol. We will definitely use them again & recommend to our friends for sure. Thanks Ray!!

Practically Perfect

The house was wonderfully located in the middle of the island which made traveling in either direction convenient. Plus, when we'd decide to go from West Bay to Rum Point; the house was on the way. It was in a quiet neighborhood with locals waving as we'd walk or drive through. The kitchen was large and well-stocked with cookware and utensils. The bedrooms were all good sized and the master had a great little seating area. The master bath had a large tub, walk-in shower, make-up counter, and plenty of room. There was an awesome screened-in back porch that was perfect for early morning or late-night reading. The spa was also screen-enclosed and I wish we'd tried it out earlier in our stay. Our host, Ray was wonderfully communicative and offered suggestions on local restaurants and beautiful beaches that were a short drive and deserted (except for the chickens). He even dropped off fresh cornbread after we mentioned how much we liked some we'd tried on the island. It exceeded our expectations and we hope to rent again to share Grand Cayman with our friends and family.

Amy and her husband were the perfect guests. It's was an absolute pleasure hosting them. They explored the Cayman Islands like they were locals.. Lol. Well done.! Very Accomodating and Comfortable

We stayed at this property for two weeks and loved our visit. I would book it again if I were going back to GC. The house was clean and comfortable. It's very roomy and there was plenty of room for us to just sit and lounge in the evenings. I rated the listing accuracy as a four because the listing says hot tub and pool. The hot tub is a very small inflatable spa. There is no pool. Our host, Ray is a great guy and helped whenever he could. Our communication was hampered because the VRBO app link was glitchy and I was unable to contact him. Fortunately, he lives in the attached garage which has been turned into an apartment. So we were able to leave him notes. One other note. There is a washer/dryer but we shared it with Ray. Only one time in the two weeks when it was an issue.

Chris and his family were great. They followed the house rules. We are delighted they had a great time with us. I would definitely welcome them back again. The property does have a spa that can be heated. It was listed under the spa and pool category of VRBO platform. I have now corrected the the listing to read heated Spa only. The pictures of the property showed the spa and not a pool. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused. Looking forward to hosting Chris and his family again the next time they are in the Cayman Islands.

Wish I Could Give it Six Stars!

Ray's home was immaculate and stocked with everything you could ask for for an amazing Grand Cayman vacation. We loved the quieter pace and feel of Savannah area and the central location putting you an easy 20-25 minute drive from 7 mile beach and the central island, and a 5-minute drive from grocery/pharmacy/restaurants/ and (we think) the best beach on the island - Spotts Beach! You will share that beach with a handful of people, and some chickens...and the snorkeling was great! We saw rays, turtles, an eel, flounder, and more beautiful fish than we could count. As for the house...the beds—so comfy; the kitchen—stocked with spices, coffee & creamers; the outdoor spaces—lovely with outdoor chairs, loungers, both in the lawn and on the screen porch. We spent every morning and evening sipping coffee or cocktails and appreciating the sun, the breeze, and the friendly Cayman vibe. Provided beach towels, snorkel equipment, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. made things so easy. We enjoyed the company of "Stitch"—Ray's dog. He is such a polite boy. The families of chickens that periodically wander through the yard kept things interesting too. Thank you so much Ray and Michelle...such gracious hosts. Stop scrolling and book this house if available. You won't find better! Rent a car and get the best of all aspects of Grand Cayman without fighting the crowds. Our 2nd favorite beach was Cemetery Beach in northern 7-mile beach. Great snorkeling and not many people.
