Things to know
• Building A will undergo exterior painting starting November 3, 2025, and guests may experience daytime crew activity, minor noise, and temporary restrictions on balcony access.
• The balcony reframing project is in progress. Certain parking areas will be closed—please follow all posted signs and avoid restricted areas. Construction noise and disruptions are expected. Project timelines may change. Entering work zones is strictly prohibited. The balcony furniture is currently stored inside the units until the project is completed.

• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• The Swimming Pool is located across the street
• Coin-operated washer and dryer is available in the building
House rules
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $200.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $200 fine
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Pets are not allowed
• Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500.
