This Beachfront Villa is located within the premises of the Wyndham Rio Mar Beach Resort gated community with access to all amenities including a full service spa, 11 restaurants, two 18-hole golf courses, 13 har-tru courts operated by Peter Burwash International, bicycle trails, plenty of water sports, hiking, casino, live entertainment, beauty salon, business center, concierge, and shopping boutiques. The grounds have beautiful, lush, tropical gardens.

If you like golf, just take any Wyndham Rio Mar Resort's shuttle and you will be in less than five minutes in the Golf Club House where you may play at Greg Norman's 6945-yard River Course and Tom and George Fazio's 6487-yard Ocean Course with its famous oceanfront 16th hole.

Our 1,091 sq. ft. one bedroom beachfront villa, which was originally built and operated by the Hotel as a VIP Beachfront Suite, accommodates up to six guests and is just steps away from the beach. It has a master bedroom, one bathroom, a spacious living area with an integrated fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and two beachfront balconies, one outside the living area and the other outside the master room. Both balconies, with views of the ocean and the pools, have tables and chairs for outside dining, reading and relaxation. The master room has 2 queen size beds and the living area has 2 sofa beds, one queen one full. This quiet and relaxing villa was recently remodeled with new furniture, has complimentary WiFi and comes with bed and bath linens and washer and dryer machines.

The property is equipped with two air conditioning units, one in the master room and the other in the living room. Also it has microwave oven, refrigerator / freezer, stove/oven, water heater, toaster, toaster oven, coffee maker, 2 flat panel TV’s with Liberty cable service, and two DVD players. Also it has one assigned parking space with beeper access.

The exclusive refuge where this villa is located offers, an infinity pool overlooking the ocean, a swimming / lap pool, a kids/infant pool and a heated tub all visible from the balconies. The lush green lawns and landscaping are professionally maintained. The beach is literally steps away and the Wyndham Rio Mar Beach Hotel, at about 75 meters from the villa, is just a short walk away.

Nearby attractions and activities include the Fajardo ferry boat to the Islands of Vieques and Culebra, the Rio Grande El Yunque National Rainforest with it’s majectic waterfalls, the bioluminiscent lagoon of Fajardo, the scenic and historic Old San Juan, a Belz Outlet Shopping Mall in Canovanas and horseback riding, canopy zipline, mountain biking and ATV riding in Carbali, Rio Grande.
