Excellent Location and Hosts!

Very nice accommodations, perfect for families! Great location away from the hustle of San Juan but close to many great beaches and site's. The hosts were very friendly and easy to reach.

Good secure location!

Ian met us at the villa. While we initially didn't really like the idea, it turned out to be beneficial. I'm not sure we would have located the unit on our own. Ian provided some great tips on local eateries and must sees.The villa is in a gated resort so we felt safe and secure. There is a pool located right across from the front steps. Speaking of steps, there are a total of about 10 steps going down to the front door, and about the same going down to the bedrooms. Both sets of steps are broken into 5 with a landing in between the additional 5.The unit was more than sufficient in size for our group of 3. Having 3 full bathrooms was a plus with each having an additional spare 2 rolls of toilet paper provided. In the kitchen, dish soap, dish sponge/cloth/towels were provided. There were lots of silverware, plates, cereal bowls and cups. It was suggested to add a pizza cutter and pans and additional mixing bowls.Beach accessories (Toys, umbrella, chairs, sun tent, laege cooler) are on sight for use. If you don't want to transport them, there are lounge chairs, small tables and umbrellas located outside the bar entrance at no cost on a first come, first served basis. Decor is a bit dated but has an overall homey feel. We were very comfortableIf you're a light sleeper there are a large number of frogs that croak outside the windows which are only covered by wood shutters. (No glass to muffle noise)Overall we had a great time! Thank you for sharing your home w/us!

Family trip

We visited with our daughter, son in law and three grandchildren 14 to 20 years old. The villa met our needs. The golf cart was great. Ian was always available for questions and quick to respond. It was a great trip.

3 generations of us!

The property was clean and comfortable. Looked more like someone lived there when not rented? Lots of personal type items and pictures. I read from the listing that all amenities in the community were included. Not so. The cluster has a pool, but that is the only one available to use there is a beach club, but not available for short term rentals and also the resorts pools were also not available without the purchase of day passes which would have been expensive for 10 of us. That being said it all worked out fine. The 3rdqThe golf cart to get to beach was handy.

Ian was very helpful and communicated right away. Place worked well with the family - pool right near us, golf cart very convenient. Visited the Rain Forest twice, San Juan fort and walked around. Coco farm, several beaches. All around great location.

Puerto Rico not like before

Ian was there to meet and greet us. He explained everything and then called the next day to tell us of the power outage. Unfortunately I slipped on the stairs no light and sugested to Ian s stair railing bannister. Restaurants very crowded long waits maybe don’t go at holiday time. The Villa was well furnished the golf cart worked well. I have stayed in this area before this Villa was nicer but the bunk room is small. Ian also came back with a new ironing board and made other adjustments..pour rental car had a bad batterie people at hotel helped.

Highly Recommend!!!

Stayed here with my spouse and 4 kids. Other family members stayed close by in different rentals and we had everyone at our villa a couple of nights and there was plenty of room for 12 ppl to have dinner and visit. The host was the best, he gave us a very informative tour of the resort at check in and was very responsive if we needed him for the entire visit. There are great food spots nearby and lots to do. We did UTV riding, zip lining, and go carts. The beach was magnificent, not too crowded. We had an amazing trip!

Summer 2024

The property is clean and in good condition. Amenities in the unit are very good and there is ample space. The beach is very nice and there are lounge chairs available. The golf cart was a nice addition as it is a long walk to the beach (1/2 mile) and to the resort (1 mile) We were not able to use the pool (renovations) and had some issues that were resolved timely with the owner. We were fairly compensated for our issues.

This was our first visit to Puerto Rico and I am so glad that we made this our home base for the trip. The space really was our home away from home, and our hosts were friendly and accommodating before and during the trip. The home is a short golf cart ride from the beach, and there are plenty of local restaurants nearby. We were close enough to San Juan and El Yunque for easy day trips, but the location felt secluded. The focus on security was also a nice plus.

Extraordinary experience

We have rented dozens of marvelous properties over the last 20 years. This one is among the very best! Ana and Ian were perfect hosts, quick with communications and always helpful. The villa (a condo) could not have been more perfect; it exceeded our high expectations. It has EVERYTHING we needed, including necessities (to us!) like tissues in every bathroom and paper towels in the kitchen, and plenty of glassware, dishes, nice pots and pans, bowls, utensils etc. We enjoy making our own supper “at home” on vacation and we lacked nothing in the cooking department! The beds and pillows were super comfy, the AC system was perfect, there were plenty of nice towels for showering and the beach and poop! The very large terrace was like having a wonderful outside room for coffee and relaxation. The villa complex was lovely and the pool next to the condo was HEAVEN! The beach was a 5 minute drive and there were two ADDITIONAL nearby beautiful pools. We cannot say enough positive things about this property and its hosts. We look forward to coming back!

Paradise!

Our family of 6 had an incredible time here. The location is great, we rented a car and were able to find excellent restaurants within a 5 minute drive. The resort itself was incredible. We loved that the pool was just a short walk away with our kids. The villa was excellent and everything you need and could think of was provided. The communication with the host was very responsive and helpful! Everything you need and more!

Wonderful Family Villa

This villa was perfect for a family vacation in Puerto Rico. A true home away from home the villa is cozy and has all the amenities. The neighborhood is wonderful and the pools are fantastic. The beach pool and beach access and chairs are a huge addition. The owner's communication is wonderful and responsive. There are 2 gates to enter and while one closes after 6:45pm the main gate is close by and a short drive. Highly recommneded and we would stay there again.

Location Location Location

This property is in a fantastic location for all the NE part of the island and the resort has to offer. This "Cluster's" OWN pool is right outside this unit. The "Villa's " Beach Front pool and private beach access is only a 3 minute cart golf cart ride. Rain Forrest and related tours 25 minutes, Bio Bays 30 minutes, SJU Airport 35 minutes. Abundance of Restaurants along the main Hwy Rt 3. Luquillo and Fajardo 15 minutes tops . The King and Queen Beds were comfortable. Clean Unit. Everything Worked, No Issues. Sunrise on balcony side. There is a Dehumidifier you can plug in for those high humid days to remove that island dampness. Individual Room AC Units. Unit as pictured . Ian, the property manager meets you upon arrival and reviews everything about the grounds, amenities available and the unit with you. Vey helpful.

Great place

Villa was great for a group trip. Kitchen fully stocked with cooking utensils making cooking easy. Spacious living area. Pool right across street from villa. Short golf cart ride down to beach. Resort area really nice, poolside bar and restaurant. About 30min drive to San Juan downtown area.

Good location. Property needs some repairs. 3rd bedroom was like a closet. No windows. Nice amenities-beach chairs, cooler, game closet, golf cart. Dining tables too small. Water was not hot in showers-faucets confusing. Property next to Wyndham resort but we didn’t have access to any amenities at resort. Listing was confusing.

Thanksgiving Stay

Nice property and in a good area. The complex is huge and very confusing at night, make sure to get all your items before 7pm when the closest gate closes near your unit, otherwise you must drive a long distance to get in and out. Very secured complex which was nice. This unit is nice, but a bit dated. The golf cart is a must as the beach is quite a distance by foot from the unit. The owners do a good job communicating. Overall a nice place to stay. Communication on entering pools and such would be nice to know prior to booking. This can be challenging at times.

Outstanding Stay

We had an absolute fantastic getaway at this property. We had my family of 5 (my kids are 14, 18 & 20). The space was comfortable and well appointed. Beds are comfy, too. We had fun staying within the resort, as well as going off resort for tours, restaurants, rainforest, bio bay, snorkeling etc. The golf cart was terrific to have to get to the beach and the casino/resort amenities. Ana and Ian were terrific to work with. If we find ourselves in PR again, we will definitely book here!!! Thank you, Ana & Ian ☺️

Incredible location, home and hosts

Ana and Ian were fantastic hosts. Check-in was super easy and Ian gave me a tour of the whole Wyndham property. The golf cart was great to have as it is a very large property and made traveling through the campus much easier. The Villa was stocked with games, movies, etc. There was a ton of space, modern and clean. The beds were very comfortable. We ran into an issue with some construction that was happening outside our villa which was very annoying but Ian and Ana did everything they could to get it all resolved. They eventually offered a refund of a night because of the issues even though it was not their fault. Our flight was a late night flight and they both made accommodations that allowed us to stay on the beach all day and come back and shower. As hosts, they are truly the best we have ever had. Thank you so much for making our family vacation one to remember forever.

Amazing rental

We loved staying at this rental! Location is amazing very close to El Yunque and less than 40 min from San Juan and Fajardo. Grocery stores are also not too far from the house. The kitchen has everything a person needs to prepare and cook food and the house is comfortable and feels like home. Everything you need for the beach is available for use! Having the golf cart available was a huge bonus! We could take everything down for the beach with minimal effort. The beach and larger pool are about an 8 min golf cart ride; definitely worth renting for 7 nights to have use of it! The cluster pool is right outside the door of the house and never had other people in it. 10/10 highly recommend this rental; great for larger families or friend groups!

First time to Puerto Rico

We were very happy with our stay, the property worked out really well for our family. It was wonderful to have a pool just steps out the front door and easy golf cart ride to the main hotel. We would definitely stay with Ana again, she was very commutative and responsive.

I bought this property primarily because my kids and grand children are in NYC.. and I had to entice them to come and visit (spend weeks at a time) and do all the things they don't get to do in NYC!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We all love this Villa as it gives us the opportunity to do any 'vacation' we want (golf, tennis, swimming, hiking) or just hang out. Fits two families ( 2 couples and 5 kids) and a grandmother perfectly!
