Located at Wight Bay condominium on 48th street - on the bayside and canal.
This family style Unit is nicely decorated with a beach feel
2 bedroom 2 bathroom sleeps 6 comfortably, no pets, no smoking in the unit.

The kitchen is fully equipped (coffee maker, toaster, microwave, tea kettle, Stove, full refrigerator, all cookware & serving ware)
Dining area with breakfast bar with 2 chairs and table seats 4

The living area to hang out in has a full sofa and love seat, stacking tables, Roku smart TV, HBO max, wireless internet, games & books (bring your login info to watch your favorites)

Bedroom 1 has a bunk style with a double mattress, twin on top and a trundle bed (great for kids! ) pillows, blankets & bedspreads are on the beds - BRING BEDSHEETS- PILLOW CASES
Full bathroom with tub/shower, single sink, walk in closet with hangers provided

Bedroom 2 overlooks the canal (bed room) has a queen size bed with mattress toppers, pillows, blankets & bedspread (Bring Sheets & pillowcases)

Great Location!

We had a great time here at Luanne’s condo. The unit was conveniently located near great restaurants and bars and close to the 90 bridge making coming and going easy! Quiet building even next to Seacrets!

Awesome condo

Our stay was great. The condo was clean and listing was accurate. The only downside was parking for only one vehicle, but being it was nearly the off-season, extra parking wasn’t really an issue.

The property was delightful. It had everything we needed for our weeklong stay in OC. The owner was communicative and responsive when a slight door issue arose. Value was great and the location was excellent. We hope to be back!

Great location but lacks space

Communication with Luanne was great. Very happy with the location. Short walk to the beach and close to popular spots. However, the master bedroom and bathroom were very small. I would not have stayed if I had known the bathroom was so small. There were no photos of it posted. Not ideal for two people. The mattress in the master was very uncomfortable to sleep on. The toilet in the master did not always flush properly, which Luanne let me know when we checked in. The bunkbed in the second bedroom is very wobbly. There were a few issues with cleanliness, as the floors in the bathrooms were not cleaned and there were layers of dust in certain places. For the location and price I could’ve overlooked some of these issues if there had been a comfortable mattress in the master.

Ken is 65 and I am 60 and we’ve enjoyed many many years of career, family, life, and abundance
We have a home improvement company, Specializing in basements, remodeled Kitchens and bathrooms.
We also have our own nutrition business, where we help people lose weight, Gain weight And have overall healthy aging
We own a smoothie bar in La Plata, Maryland &
Also in Salisbury Maryland (Our son owns this one)
We took our kids to Ocean City for over 40 years & had some great vacations
Even though Ocean City is busy, you can enjoy your time as you like to😎

This is the best location. You can literally park your car and not move it and walk to mini golf, restaurants, the beach, sensations, Candy Kitchen all the fun stuff.
