Grand Estate at the Preserve

The Estate at the Preserve is 11,000 sq. ft. of elegance that features 6 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, sleeping arrangements for up to 16 guests, bar w/pool table, resort style backyard w/sport court and heated pool The property backs up to a 145 acre Preserve with a beautiful trail that is available just steps from the house. The Estate is perfect for families, reunions, small events and we are pet friendly. Come be our guest and enjoy St. Charles and everything the surrounding area has to offer!

Wonderful for a Large Family Gathering!!

Perfect for our large family Thanksgiving meal. Slept 12 easily. Beautiful surroundings, a chef’s kitchen, and very responsive host. Highly recommend!

WOW!!!The mansion was a true highlight!! YES, YES, YES!!! Rent this home for a special occasion! We LOVED our stay in this incredible home for 5 night! 16 people in this amazing, beautiful, clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, fully stocked home! It’s hard to know where to even start! The home is set back on an incredible property that backs up to amazing, vast green space! We saw deer and the peacefulness was perfect! So quiet! The heated pool beautiful, clean with lots of seating on pool decks, lounge chairs and big raft floaties. Bedrooms: fantastic! It was our wedding week so we stayed in the first floor master bedroom! Ginormous space with huge bathroom, tub, 2 beautiful showers and tons of counter space ! The three bedrooms upstairs PERFECT for the three other couples! The beds… so, so comfortable! Each with bathrooms, showers and rooms decorated so nice! The basement.. incredible! Boys were playing pool each night in this space that was like being in a sports bar with a mini fridge, pool table and tv! The HIT was the incredible theatre room! Fantastic movie nights!!! This house is simply stunning!!! Bring a tooth brush and the rest is there!!!! Had coffee and filters with bags of Starbucks plenty of glassware and anything you need to cook! A good time was had by every person as we fully enjoyed every area of this incredible home! The owner was fantastic!!! Very responsive if we had questions and even extended our check out. Memories were made! Worth every penny.

There are more amenities than I had expected. If you plan on bringing things, check with the host as there is a good chance they have those items or features available on the property.
