The space
We are located next to Silver Dollar City, nestled in the trees overlooking Table Rock Lake. The condo is less than five minutes from the Indian Point Marina to enjoy boating. The resort also has a natural path directly to the lake, where you can swim and play.

This condo is in the newer buildings at Eagles Nest Resort on the second floor; there are stairs to the condo. Eagles Nest Resort offers a pool, outdoor grills, playground, picnic areas, basketball, and beautiful walking trails to the lakefront. Activities are available to all ages and are perfect for family getaways. At night, you can hear nothing but the sounds of the Ozark woods. This space is also perfect for a couples get-away.

This condo is fully furnished with comfortable beds, high-speed WiFi, and cable in each bedroom and the living room, and is clean and well-maintained for your comfort. This unit has been completely refurbished and also features a new dishwasher, new mattresses in both bedrooms, three TVs, and comfortable furniture. The kitchen is equipped with major appliances and includes a dishwasher, refrigerator with icemaker, washer/dryer, flat top stove, built-in microwave, blender, coffee maker, and toaster. Granite countertops and all kitchen/cooking utensils are provided. Lounge chairs, linens, blow dryer, free WiFi, electric fireplace, games and more.

We would love to host your dog - we allow up to two dogs with a $75 pet fee per stay. Please note that the condo complex has a strict 40 lbs (18kg) limit on dogs.

Other things to note
This is a fabulous condo location! This upscale and remodeled farmhouse chic condo is just a quick drive from Silver Dollar City and only 15 minutes away from Branson's famous 76 Country Music Blvd and all of the shows, restaurants, shopping, and activities for the entire family.

Just a few short miles and you can be at either Table Rock Lake or Lake Taneycomo and enjoy water sports, fishing, and outdoor fun. Or just hit the lake directly from the trail in the resort!

This is a self-catering property, but we do provide the basics to get you started - coffee, sugar, salt and pepper, toilet paper, soap, shampoo/conditioner, and basic cleaning supplies. If you require additional items or quantities of those provided you will need to provide those. Multiple grocery and convenience stores are nearby.
