With counter seating for three, it's the perfect spot to enjoy casual meals or chat with the chef while they create culinary masterpieces. This condo comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 2 bedrooms and a queen-sized sofa sleeper in the living room.

THINGS TO NOTE:

• This is a third-floor, walk-up unit requiring 16 stair steps to reach the entrance.

• Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

• Parking is available in the parking lot for up to 2 vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Washer and dryer available in the closet next to the front door for your convenience.

• The communal outdoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Communal pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

• This home is not pet-friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.

The home is 25 minutes from historic downtown Branson, an area dotted with dozens of restaurants, boutiques, and specialty stores. It’s simple to navigate downtown by walking, riding a bike, or hopping on the free downtown trolley. While downtown, it’s common to stumble upon a local festival, live music, and other noteworthy events.
