The location of this studio couldn't have been better. You can walk everywhere you want to go. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Getting to the beach was simple and you can walk or take the tram. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. We got all information needed prior to check in, but when the 3pm check in time came, I still didn't have the door code and had to call the owner. Luckily she answered and gave the door code, but I didn't get via email until hours after check in time. Other than that, great stay, excellent location.

Good stay

We overall had a good stay. However, we had a really hard time at check in because directions were extremely confusing on finding the room (no floor specified) as well as finding the beach access (directions were “follow the road on the right until you get to a big beach chair” but we didn’t know which road she meant was “on the right” because we had never visited Rosemary or this property before. The beach ended up being probably a mile walk from the room which is fine, but know that the beach access is not very close. We also tried calling the host numerous times and received no answer and no call back. The room, however, was gorgeous and the bed was very nice! The building is right next to lots of shops and places to eat within walking distance. My only other complaint was that we could constantly hear people in the room above and beside us- the walls aren’t very thick in this building. The room was clean.

Great Stay

Location is prime; just a short walk from Rosemary Beach. Apartment is very spacious and quiet. Would definitely stay again!

The apartment was in a very convenient location within walking distance to the beach and Rosemary Beach. We had no issues with our stay and would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great location!!

The studio had everything we needed for a short stay. It was clean and most importantly the location was great. We were in short walking distance to shops and the main strip. The host was easy to communicate with and gave us detailed instructions before arrival.

Perfect location and size for us 2. Short walk to the beach and to Rosemary. Room had a musky/smokey smell to it when we arrived. A few buttons on the tv remote didn’t work as well. But overall it was a great stay!

Great location and easy access to beach

This is such a lovely and convenient location to shopping, restaurants and the beach! Communication with the owner was easy and thorough. The condo pool was great, clean, and refreshing. Thank you for a lovely stay!

30A Getaway

Location is ideal and we walked everywhere, up to Inlet Beach (shops and dining) to Alys Beach. The building we were located in at the The Village was in the back but still convenient and close to the pool. Arrival details could have included clearer directions to the beach access because we had to ask a security guard where we should go (using our wristbands). Accommodations are what you see in the photo. It worked for us as a couple since we were always out exploring, at the beach or at dinner. The interior of the building is older but everything worked. The unit could use a few upgrades but the basics are there to get you through. Pleased to see they had two beach chairs if needed but we used La Dolce Vita and rented chairs and an umbrella. Host was always quick to respond and we had a lot of questions because our unit was sold to the current host after we booked. Host also gave us the check in details early and we were able to get in earlier than 3pm. Overall, you can’t the beat the location and host was accommodating.
