The Village of South Walton offers Charleston-style architecture with cobblestone lanes, slate roofs, gas lanterns, and its own unique picturesque horseshoe of shops, restaurants and bike rentals for visitors and locals to enjoy. And you have it all at your fingertips.

This top, third-floor unit located in Building F, Unit 310 Augusta, offers all upgrades including all tiled/hardwood floors and granite countertops, along with excellent furnishings. The Master suite offers a king size bed, large LCD television, private entrance to the balcony, and a huge master bathroom with soaking tub, separate shower, and a long, double sink for ample room.

Two guest bedrooms, located at the opposite end of the Master bedroom, offer a King bed in one and a Bunk bed with a Queen bed on bottom and twin on top in the other. Both have smart TVs and these bedrooms share a full-size bathroom.

The kitchen has all the amenities needed for a wonderful vacation. There is a seated granite counter with stools for four, along with a dining table that seats six. The living room has seating for six, along with a large flat-screen Smart TV. The balcony will allow for a quiet evening watching the peek-a-boo view of the ocean and the fun-filled activity of people passing below. The summer months offer various entertainment for all vacationers. The atmosphere along 30A is family-friendly and you will feel welcome from the very first day.

Villages of South Walton offers a beautiful private pool area for our guests only. Complete with a splash wading pool with fountains for the kids to play in while the adults stay cool and relax. There's also a heated lap pool and hot tub. Night swimming is great with the under-water, LED colored lights. Located just behind our unit, this pool deck is super convenient to visit in between beach visits or while dad and the kids are back napping :).

Getting to the beach is super easy. A free shuttle will drive you to the beach entrance or you can take the short walk. Either way, everything is only a few minutes from your doorstep.

For those who like to ride bikes and explore nature, 30A offers a 19-mile bike/walking trail that has preserved parks with all that nature can offer. And only a few steps away is the famous Rosemary Beach with all the shops, dining, and entertainment for everyone. Seaside is only a short 10-minute drive, while Panama City Beach and Destin is within a half hour. The village of South Walton is centrally located for everyone's needs.

If eating is your pleasure, restaurants along 30A are the best of the best. You will never get tired of eating at the same places because there are too many fine dining and other eating establishments to find.
