Located inside the Perimeter in Brookhaven. Walking distance of Perimeter Mall and Metro Train Station. Wonderful park in neighborhood with trails. Fenced in yard, garage, screened in porch and deck. Easy access to 285 and 400 interstate. Garage, screened in porch, deck and fenced yard. Convenient to St. Joseph, Northside and Scottish Rite Hospitals. Fabulous restaurants and shopping nearby. Perfect for business or guests visiting the city. Absolutely no smoking allowed.* ONLY DOGS allowed with $150 non refundable pet fee plus $25 per additional dog. Dogs must be crated when left alone.


*$500 fee will be charged for smoking ANYWHERE on property OR having a dog on property without our knowledge.

Great Cottage - Very Comfortable

Great house in a great neighborhood!

We loved our time here! Elizabeth was super communicative and patient with me as I was not super communicative at first due to having my vrbo notifications set up incorrectly! The house was lovely, very clean and in a very nice neighborhood/area where we felt comfortable and safe, even enough for my husband to go running. The primary suite had a super comfy bed with a plush topper and we had everything we needed and more for our stay. I especially loved the screened in porch and swing which was the perfect spot for coffee and a book. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely stay

We really enjoyed our time at this cottage in Brookhaven. We were attending a conference nearby and this was the perfect spot. We loved having a kitchen and the porch was awesome. Beds were comfortable and we felt safe. Great communication with the host! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great location

Close to everything! We came for a surgery and the hospital was about a mile away. Pharmacy and restaurants close, as well as mall. We didn’t travel more than a few miles when we went out! Highly recommend!Elizabeth was outstanding as a host.

Sweetest most convenient pet friendly home

I love this home. Easy access to everything. Easy flow inside from room to room. Elizabeth has done a beautiful job creating a welcoming home. Pet friendly is very important to us since we love to have our pets with us.

We are so happy to have found this comfortable cottage

The location is convenient, 1 star less than perfect because it is on a very busy road. The house is so quiet, you really do not hear the traffic, and the fenced back yard was perfect for our small dog. Elizabeth is very easy to communicate with. It is like a little home away from home, with a garage! BONUS POINTS

Perfect Home

This home is cozy, clean and well stocked! It is conveniently located near Northside Hospital. My husband enjoyed walking to the near by lakeside park. I couldn’t say good enough things about Elizabeth and her home!

Wonderful Relaxing Home

We really enjoyed our two week stay in this lovely home. The owner was very accommodating and easy to work with. This centrally located house is nicely appointed, has a well-stocked kitchen and comfy beds. We enjoyed relaxing in the screened sun room as well. We appreciated the pet friendly treats and the large back yard was wonderful for our dogs to explore. Highly recommend!

Very Comfortable Home, Very Convenient!

Family stayed at this location for a short weekend "staycation," and really appreciated the convenience and proximity to Perimeter Mall and 285. The home is right on Ashford Dunwoody, but it was surprisingly easy to get in and out of the driveway, and though I was concerned about road noise before we arrived, it lessened considerably after 10 pm or so. Host was very communicative and would recommend staying here!

Excellent location and all the comforts of home

Stayed at Elizabeth's property to be close to Northside hospital where a family member was having surgery. The two-bedroom two-bath home met all of our needs during our stay. Easy access to the hospital, stores, doctor's office, restaurants, etc. Less than a five minute drive to Murphey Candler park where we enjoyed walks around the lake and saw lots of wildlife. Also good walking in the neighborhood. Elizabeth was not only excellent at communicating, but showed care and concern during and post-surgery. Would highly recommend if looking for the comfort of a home.

Four night stay~

Amazing find for my daughter's medical procedure at a nearby hospital! We were not familiar with the area at all as we are out of state and Elizabeth was excellent at answering all of our questions before booking. The home is exactly as advertised. It was clean and well stocked with the essentials. It is located very close to restaurants, pharmacies, and grocery stores so we had no difficulty finding anything we needed during our stay. Elizabeth is very trustworthy and kind ❤️ We would definitely stay here again if we ever needed to travel back to GA.

Convenient and easy

We were in town for my husbands back surgery at Emory St. Joseph’s. The house was an easy 6 minute ride to the hospital. It was very helpful to have Elizabeth as host. Communication was great and she couldn’t have been nicer. In addition, the house is very comfortable and supplied with anything within reason that you might need.

Quick trip but high needs.

We were so glad to have this sweet cottage and have the space and cuteness of it. The owner was so great on communicating and working with us before and after. This house is just full of supplies too. So many kitchen utensils and loved having the backyard and screened in area. If we are back in Atlanta, we will definitely be looking for it. The master bed is one that we just sank into and relaxed. We had to look at the brand of the matress topper before we left.

Convenient location

Elizabeth was extremely responsive and the location of the property was perfect for our needs. Since we stayed for 2 months, the home was on the cluttered side with closets and shelves full of odds and ends. This made it difficult to move our own things into the home in order to live there for an extended period of time. Once we shifted things around, we were able to make room for our things in the kitchen and in the bathrooms.

Cozy Cottage

This little cottage (although extremely spacious) was the perfect place to welcome us in after a long trip to Atlanta and throughout our week long stay. The home is well appointed with everything you would need and is extremely clean. You would never know dogs are welcome other than the complementary jar of dog treats. The screen porch out back was a great place to have a cup of coffee in the morning and to listen to the song birds. You have your choice of coffee makers too! The backyard is very private and fenced in. The master is so spacious with access to the back deck. The location is perfect, you are right there at 285 and Perimeter Park. Although you are very close to 285, you are in a safe and pretty neighborhood area. Elizabeth was an amazing host, she checked in to make sure we had what we needed and was extremely responsive. She truly cares about her guest’s experience. We have to come back to Atlanta a few more times in the near future and we will be staying here again! Atlanta can be hit or miss as far as safe neighborhoods. As I researched property, this home showed to be the safest area out of all the locations we looked at. My 16 year old son asked if we could stay here again when we return, it just feels like your home away from home!
