Penthouse condo located on the top floor of stack #4. Extra large 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with over 1,200 square feet of living space completely remodeled in 2018. Upgrades include travertine floor tile throughout (not vinyl plank), granite counter tops, open kitchen, floor to ceiling glass sliding lanai doors, enlarged master bathroom and dual closets in the master bedroom. All new appliances with minimal usage by the owner and limited renters that treat the condo as their own, The pool re-opened May, 2024 with all new brick pavers, new outdoor bathroom, new furniture and walkways. Property is 90% pre-Ian condition.

Large LED smart TV, comfortable couches, comfy blankets, pillows and top quality linens and bedspreads. Please plan on using your accounts to log into live TV accounts, Netflix, Amazon Prime & any other media source on the Smart TV. Private Wi-Fi included with your stay.

Washer & Dryer in a separate room off the kitchen, open walkways make this place feel like a private resort.

Condo is loaded with beach chairs, beach towels, coolers and extra linens.

From Chicago and love Fort Myers Beach. We’ve been visiting FMB since 1990 and return regularly. Always on the island for New Year’s Eve since 2017, the same year we purchased this condo. Easy access to Bonita Beach, Naples and downtown Fort Myers.

Why they chose this property

Sandarac is located on the widest white sand beach of Estero Island. One of the largest properties on the island with nearby shopping, Publix, CVS pharmacy, restaurants and beach rentals like wave runners.

What makes this property unique

Condo is top floor of stack number 4, open walkway leads to condo with no other condo after ours. Very private, quiet and safe.
