Disfrute de este recientemente renovado condominio frente al mar de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños. El verano de 2013 trajo un nuevo propietario y maravillosas renovaciones a esta propiedad.

Cocina y baños completamente renovados con azulejos, encimeras de granito y accesorios nuevos. Nueva alfombra a través de la sala de estar y dormitorios con muebles nuevos en la sala de estar. Pintura fresca en cada pared. Entrada de puerta sin llave para que no tenga que preocuparse por quién tiene la llave. En la propiedad, piscina climatizada, a poca distancia de muchos restaurantes y servicios. Wi-Fi gratis. Televisores en salón y dormitorio principal.

El dormitorio principal tiene cama king size con vestidor y baño completo. Las habitaciones tienen dos camas individuales, vestidor y baño con ducha a ras de suelo. Sofá en la sala de estar tiene cama queen size extraíble. La cocina incluye un área para comer más una barra de desayuno en la nueva encimera de granito.

Ubicado en el 4to piso, este condominio está completamente abastecido y listo para que levantes los pies y disfrutes de la playa en la maravillosa Florida. Pie. FANTASTIC VIEW AND LOCATION

My husband and I celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary this past week and it was so perfect. Every morning we would wake up to the beautiful view from the balcony and then again a perfect view for the sunset come evening. The beach area was clean, private and wonderful to take daily walks. The condo was very clean, comfortable and very well supplied. I don't think there is anything that needs to be improved! We enjoyed the area around Leonardo Arms, a bit more quiet then the other end of Fort Myers Beach, but still a fun place to be. Thanks again for the wonderful condo and I would love to go back once a year!

Enjoyed my Stay!

The views from the living room, master bedroom, and balcony are breathtaking! The interior is fresh with new paint, tile, and carpeting. The furniture is very comfortable and the kitchen is well-equipped. There are ceiling fans and great lighting in every room and the unit feels very spacious. Parking is adjacent to the building and elevators provide easy access to the unit. The owner has provided beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler...all of the necessities for fun on the beach! There are many activities and amenities along Estero Blvd that are within a short walk or trolley ride. I will definitely recommend this condo to my friends and family

Perfect!

Our family stayed here for and end of the Summer vacation. We were not disappointed! The condo was decorated beautifully and very clean. It is brand new after hurricane Ian renovations and wow did the owners do a wonderful job! New furniture, new kitchen cabinets and a fresh coat of paint throughout. The views were stunning! We loved waking up, having coffee on the balcony to dolphins swimming by then end our days with beautiful sunsets over the ocean right from our very own condo! Very peaceful area and family friendly. The kids loved waking up and running out to the beach and going swimming in the pool that is right off the beach and just a few yards from our building. The location was perfect, we could walk to so many places. There were so many entertaining places to eat, shop and site see all within about 20 minutes from here. We will be coming back and staying here anytime we want to visit this area! Overall 10/10

Excellent week in Florida - beautiful location!

We were thrilled when we arrived and walked into the apartment, it was so lovely and clean and fresh looking and every view through the windows was of the sea and beach! Its a stunning view and a great location to be staying for a weeks vacation. The apartment is extremely well fitted out, they have thought of everything, some very thoughtful things too, soap at every sink, shampoo and conditioner in the showers, better than most hotels! The kitchen and the bathrooms are really nicely finished with granite tops and nice tiling. The main bedroom is so restful and it was such a lovely treat to be able to see the sea from the bed, heavenly! We will definitely be returning, the owner was really nice to work with and the management of the complex is very friendly and they keep the place spotless. We really enjoyed that you could walk to the shops and various restaurants and bars too so nice not to have to use your car every day, made it feel much more relaxing. You can not get a better position on the beach than this apartment and it is such a lovely apartment, excellent stay! Thank you Kevin.

Perfect location to enjoy the beach and the entire island

We just returned from a wonderful vacation at this lovely condo. My mom and sisters made the trip to fulfill our mom's lifelong wish to go to Florida. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our time at the condo. It was great - clean, updated, and perfectly located at the south end of the island. We walked for miles on the beach every morning, watching the dolphins play and finding new shells to treasure each day. The beach here is really wonderful, and this condo is perfect. Great views from the 4th floor and truly NEVER a wait for the elevator. The keypad entry was ideal as we didn't have to worry about "who has the key" when heading out. Great restaurants nearby, and the trolley was good transportation. We rode all over the island, and even off the island. Easy, efficient, fun, and cheap. We didn't even rent a car! And the heated pool was perfect - big, sunny, warm, and always enough lounge chairs. Plenty of space on the large beach too, and the location on the gulf side meant the water is calmer and we were able to walk, play, swim, and float in the ocean. The beach chairs and boogie boards at the condo really came in handy too, and we borrowed books from the library at the complex as well as had a puzzle going most of the time. The other tenants were friendly, and Kevin was great to work with from start to finish; quick to respond to any questions and very accommodating. I have been to Florida quite a few times, and this trip ranked right up there with the best of them. I would recommend this vacation rental to friends and other family members. Thanks so much for helping make my 81-year-old mom's dream come true! (And be sure to eat at the Fish House at the Marina, on the back side of Santini Plaza. Casual dining done really well.)

I would do it again...But

As background we are from central Florida and can only get to the beach in the Summer months. If we were visiting from snowy climes this would be heaven. But we came in August.. thats the month that repairs are done. So a day without water as the pumps were re done. And about 4 days when the parking lot was re done. Nice outdoor grills, the gas was turned off to all but 1. The rooms themselves had a lot of flying bugs..Take away at least 1 maybe 2 stars for that. Mind you the bugs were not bothersome, did not bite or get in food. but were numerous. The furniture was that of a cheap motel Be aware the beach is a turtle nesting sanctuary so is not combed as some are. That bad stuff said, this was the best vacation of my life The location is perfect. A grocery store and many restaurants and bars within walking distance. The kitchen was well supplied. everything you could ask for in pots pans and utensils. The Pool was heaven. The A/C ,fans shower and the like were all in good repair. I loved to just sit out on the balcony read a book and watch the beach the dolphins and stingrays swim by..The TV was big enough and the internet worked fine. I want to go back to Leonardo Arms next year.. will probably look for a different apartment.

Two thumbs up!

Had a wonderful 2 month stay at this property. If you love the sound of waves at night and dolphins swimming by during the day this is the place! You cannot get any closer to the beach than this building!! Very walkable and safe. Would highly recommend.

Love The Beach View!

Condo is well laid out with beach views all the way to the kitchen. It was stocked with everything we needed. Great restaurants were right down the street. Publix grocery store was less than a 10 minute drive. Hope to return. Loved it!

Another great vacation.

For many years we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Leonardo Arms this year was no exception. The unit is rifght on the beach at the quiet south end of Fort Myers Beach where all of the facilities are unrivalled. Sitting on the lanai in the evening with a drink looking out to sea watching the sun going down is perfect.

We stayed for a month and the condo worked well for us. The heated pool was perfection. Access to the beach was so easy. The kitchen worked well as I like to cook. It was well supplied with equipment and dishes. Appliances worked well too. We loved having two bedrooms and the balcony was nice for sunsets or afternoon sun. The master bedroom bed was too soft for us but the walk in closet was very nice to have. The AC worked well and kept us very comfortable. We enjoyed walking to Santini Plaza and CVS. We wish the association would reconsider allowing pets. Snowbirds often have well behaved pets and the pet policy limits potential tenants.Overall a nice condo at a reasonable price.

Superb condo.

We have stayed in this unit for a number of years and this year we found even more new additions to an excellent accommodation. Right on the beach with an uninterrupted view of the setting sun what more could one want. We will hopefully return again next year.

Jim, Your review is quite disappointing to see. You have stayed with us multiple times and the balcony being blocked was a temporary thing. As you know, they were installing new glass railings and due to Hurricane Irma, the project was delayed in to your stay. We offered you the opportunity to switch units to the other building where we also own a unit and was not being worked on. The unit had full access to the balcony and even more recent updates than the one you stayed in. It was your choice not to move units and stay where you were. The fact we offered you another unit and every opportunity to have access to a balcony yet you declined, makes us quite "disappointed" in your review.
