Excellent Home in a safe location

Very nice home. John the owner was a pleasant delight. He was helpful with checking in and making sure we had plenty of towels and other items we might need. Very nice.

John met us for check-in and did a brief overview of everything. He had taken the time to get basic breakfast items for us, so that was wonderfully unexpected. He also took time to go find me the correct cord to link my phone with the house’s TV. Everything was as presented on VRBO. For those that care, no TV in either bedroom.

Cute and comfy

Cute 2 bedroom house in an older quiet Memphis neighborhood close to the intestate. Great off street parking, comfortable beds, nice cute bathroom and great hospitality. A great place to enjoy family.

We had a great stay. We had a power outage while we were at the house (tree fell on some power lines) and John was great about communicating with us through the process. The house was perfect for our needs. Definitely recommend this cute little housr

The property was nice for a getaway. They had fresh fruit and other amenities. The host stays on the property as well, so be prepared to see him walk around the premises a lot.

Nice Place

The pictures are pretty accurate, what you see is what you get and that's always nice. Nothing fancy, but very comfortable and exactly what we wanted for a buddies weekend away.

Perfect little home

Very nice little house that has everything you need to stay! It's close to the freeway, food places and multiple gas stations within walking distance! Pam was absolutely awesome in her communication with me! I would absolutely stay there every time I come in to town! Thank you Pam and John, we were very comfortable in your home!

Amazing place to stay!! Great Home

This property was more than expected. There was plenty of space for my entire family to hang out. Everything you could possibly need was provided and the location was close to the park and not a far drive from most places we wanted to visit. I would highly recommend this home. Clean and spacious!!

Very good experience

Super convenient location. House suited Two adults and a teenager perfectly. Amazing hosts!!! Fridge was ready with Eggs, Milk, Juice and Biscuits just to get us started. No question, would definitely stay here again!!!

JOHN - I'm born and raised in Memphis. I am a musician, singer/songwriter, audio producer. I also build recording studios through out the country. I enjoy motorcycle riding, concerts, hiking and cycling. I am a vegan and love to cook and garden.

PAM - We are new the vacation rental community and we are excited to meet our guests! I am originally from Liberty, Missouri. I am a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder. John and I lived happily in this home for 7 years then decided to turn it into rental property. We rented it for years but this year we decided to change it to a vacation rental.

There's so much to see and do in Memphis. You are close to everything as we are right of the 240-40 interchange. Our home has a large half acre yard. It is very spacious inside. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need to cook yourself some lovely meals.
