Nice stay

Paula is a 5 stays host, very easy to communicate, very clean and comfortable house, no problem with neighbors, quiet, i recommend the house, and for sure will stay there in my next trip

The housekeeping could improve. It appeared as though the floors, including bedroom carpets, weren’t vacuumed prior to our arrival. Rotten food was left in kitchen cabinets. Backyard was riddled with cigarette butts. The water is on a well system, so the water had a very strong odor of sulfur…to the point that showering wasn’t an option because of the smell. If showering were an option, there were only 2 bath towels for four guests. The house is lacking everyday kitchen items, mainly pots and pans, but also coffee cups, drinking glasses and no cleaning supplies (such as dish soap, paper towels or dishwasher detergent). All of the above issues were reported to the host. She was very responsive and felt terrible about our stay. We’ve stayed in numerous VRBO’s, unfortunately this one wasn’t pleasant.
