I bought this property as a divorcee. My parents lived across the street and helped with my son many years ago. However, I always loved the street and took great pride in saying I lived on the parkway. I love the tree lined parkway. Although I am not from Kentucky; I recognize the very warm nature of the folks that live here. This is a generational community. The houses are usually passed to the generation. That means they are invested in this rich historical community.

It has character. It has an old phone nook. It has built in bookshelves. It has a motorized string fan in the kitchen. The added cubed glass sunroom filled with plants are absolutely lovely. Finally, the porch swing will dissolve any level of stress. So many things to love here.
